I don't think he's inherently bad.

His topics are just so incredibly dumb. Everyone has done all of these and better. Dig a bit deeper and I would watch it. Do something original, or at least off the beaten path. Did you just look up video game controversies on Wikipedia?

On another note, that was some interesting usage of the Killer 7 boss lobby music. Not sure what to think about that.

Sexism in videogames is the worst social situation civilization mankind has ever faced. Thank the sweet babe o' Nazareth that someone has a way to fix it!

First about the actual content.

While I have heard about sexism quite a bit as a topic, the equality of objectifying both sexes is a side I don't often see. We often forget that women play video games for the same reasons men do. To escape. And to give them the option of looking at half naked men seems like the plausible thing to do.

About the shows layout.

I kinda feel weird about the red background thing and the podium. Combined with the suit and glasses it gives this weird impression like your a modern day nut job spreading his hateful propaganda. I dunno.... Try something else? Maybe less crude pictures as well, unless that's your trademark then hey run with it... who knows... it may grow on people.

While I agree with a few that you still haven't found "it" whatever "it" is, I don't think you should pay much heed to the ones hating just to hate. Because we all know how much everyone likes to ***** and moan about anything, specially on the internet.

I love Jim in writing, but somehow it just doesn't translate to video. Found this to be rather "meh" again. he is trying too hard.

Also, I had a hard time getting past the mic looking like a giant cock pointing at him. Mics are supposed to go inside podiums, not on the outside.

Ok I wasnt sure last week but ive decided I like this Jim fellow.

I dont believe sex is approiate in all scenarios and doesnt always work as a theme but its true that women like to perv it up just as much as men. A few more female directed games would do wounders, I mean I can apprieciate Marcuses chiseled chest as much as any women can... if were talking about hard work concerning physical fitness or from a aesthetical standpoint.

I mean did you SEE Thors pecks in the new film, BY VALHALLA!!! Who knew man boobs could look good.

Agreed he's definately not the best show on the escapist but I reckon he could still do his own podcast or just join in with the the escapists current podcast.

That PLAYING IT WRONG one showcased a lot of bullshit in the game reviewing process.

I was ready to write this series off. I'd just finished watching the this latest episode, and trying to figure out how we, the escapist community, lost ENN and got stuck with The Jimquisition instead. Neither ep here has been any good.


But, I gotta say... after watching the clip above, I'll give it another shot. Let's hope it improves. But thanks for link.
