Jumper movie

For anyone who's read Jumper by Steven Gould, what're your thoughts on the movie they're making?
I think it could be good, but still far removed from the book in plot and quality.

movie looks kinda lame to me, and i probably wont see it but most likely the book is better. Pretty much the case 90% of the time

It was decent. Nothing too good, but not crap either.

I thought the movie sucked IMO.

True that, you can bring a thread back to life, but that movie was burried in manure and cemented in, it sucked, and btw, has anyone played the "jumper: Griffin story" game?

Personally I thought the movie was complete crap. I watched it from beginning to end and absolutely hated it. I watched it again with a friend of mine just to see if I was being too harsh, and he felt the same way I did. It was corny, predictable, and poorly written.

I wish I could go back and erase it from my memory.
