Just cause 2 or saints row 2, which is better?

Ooooh, that's tough.
If it came down to it, Just Cause 2 seems a lot more expansive and lasts much longer, as well as having a more diverse set of environments and vehicles, although the actual missions are stupidly-similar.
If you're asking which one to get, they're both about $20 if you get them, so get them both.

I'll go with Just Cause 2, SR2 is good but for "blowing-stuff-up-and-general-rampage" JC2 is even better.

Also, the graphics are prettyyy....
