I also refuse to use itunes in the same way I refuse to use windows media player, I don't like programs constantly trying to monopolize my media.[small]convenience, my ass it is![/small]Redlin5 said:I have never enjoyed the xbox controllers that have come up throughout the years. I have yet to try the xbone's controller but I've read it is a lot the same to the 360's. It has never been comfortable. I've tried Playstation controllers and liked them better using them for the first time even though I'm reliably informed by my friends that they are terrible. <.<
I also never got why people like iTunes. I hate that program and actively work around it when using the iPods I've been gifted.
An interesting thing I've noticed about controller preference is that the main reason for people's preferences is the size of their hands and how dexterous their left thumb is. Larger hands have more muscle being compacted on their left thumb when reaching to the left analogue stick, this leads to cramping overextended play more easily. Naturally, if you have stiff thumb muscles, the same issue will occur.
One thing I've noticed with my own controller habits is that I play on the playstation controller with my elbows pointed out while on the xbox controller my elbows are close to my sides. This is my body's natural response to using the controller to accommodate the analogue stick angle as forcing myself to try and hold the controller in the opposing style for either controller is very uncomfortable.
