Just finished Mass Effect 2 on PS3 for 1st time

If I remember correctly, I had Kasumi go through the vents, Garrus lead the first squad, Samara played epic biotic bubble, Jacob was the second leader, I send Mordin away to escort the survivors and I had Miranda and Samara with me for the final battle. <3 me some Biotic ass-kicking ^^

Everyone survived, the base was pulverized and the illusive man was suggested a place to stay where the sun doesn't shine.

My next playthrough is going to be completely different. I'm currently trying to find out how to make EVERYONE die at the suicide mission, except for Shepard and the maximum amount of party members needed for him to survive.
Anyone knows how to manage this stunt?

I'm pretty sure the way to do it is to not bother doing any loyalty missions(except 1 if you wanna survive) or get any ship upgrades, then choose unfitting roles for characters(Miranda the Techie, Jack the Squad leader, Jacob the Bubbleman) and don't bother saving the crew(but if you want to, sendsomeone unloyal, they die but the rew still make it) and if you want to survive, take that one character whose loyalty mission you did and bring him/her with whoever's left in your squad to fight the Terminato- Human/Reaper Larvae, then once you beat it, everyone except you, the Normandy Crew, and 1 other Teammate(My vote goes to Kasumi) should survive.

Okay...so if I do all of this, only Kasumi and I should survive?
So I only need one party memeber in order to be able to go on playing the game? I was unsure if one needed to always have at least two.

Question! Is the DLC already on the disc or do I have to buy the game new to access it? I was hoping to just rent it since I've already beat the main game on xbox eleventy billion times.

I don't want to talk about it, so I will.
Jack got shot with a laser, Legion took a rocket to the face, Thane was killed protecting the crew, and Mordin died of unknown causes off screen.
Yeah, I didn't do the planet scanning thing until the end.
But at least I blew up the Collector base.

I was lucky on my first playthrough. Everyone survived, including the ships crew. The key is to know your teammates and their strengths and weaknesses. If you do it should be pretty easy

My whole team survived, even though Tali and Miranda weren't loyal, but I didn't get the trophy. Is that because half of my crew (poor Kelly) died? Romance with Jack btw, I think she's the coolest, except for that she gets a bit soft in the end.

Everyone survived on my first playthrough, and I destroyed the base. I did some extensive mining beforehand though.

I am about to finish my second playthrough, this time on insanity. I have every single member loyal (bar legion), every upgrade for the ship and otherwise, and am an infiltrator.
I just need to finish a few random missions and the DLC packs and I will do a 100% completion playthrough. I also romanced Miranda because she fits my Sheppard well. I am mixed alignment though I more often than not choose the renegade option as I agree with the illusive man, we are talking about the fate of the universe, almost no cost it too high to save it.
