Mass Effect. Played until 3AM everyday on schooldays the first week I had it, moved the xbox to my room(which i only do if I'm gonna play for 24+hours in three days) faked being sick for two days to skip school, maxed to level 60, and I have another level 50, have played through it over ten times and clocked in over 250 hours into it.
Yeah I did the exact same.

Obsessed to the point where I'd get a game-related tattoo? Not quite.

Obsessed to the point where I think about the game all the time and play it for longer than is probably healthy? Absolutely.

I have had dreams about the games I'm playing. I didn't even realize I was enjoying FFIII until I started playing it in my sleep.

But the real problem is Phoenix Wright. I've had PW dreams. I also role play as Maya and am going to Anime Boston dressed as her. So... I think I'm getting there. :p

And she's my avatar. I think I also stayed up all night to finish the last case of game 3 and I remember frantically pacing my kitchen discussing the Matt Engarde case with my boy friend unwilling to make a mistake lest horrible things happen to Maya. I get waaaaay too emotionally involved when I play games. :p

I've had problems with everything eerily reminding me of Fallout 3

hurm... I got so obsessed with cave story that every other drawing i drew was Quote putting massive amounts of bullets into Balrog... and I may or may not be listening to the Cave Story remix project while I'm typing this...

At the time I was utterly obsessed with Pokemon... But then what kid wasnt?

Im pretty obsessive when it comes to getting awards/trophies in games, but it doesnt really matter what it is. So I got pretty obsessed with Condemned and Bioshock tbh.

Oh, and Bloons. Utterly obsessed with an online game called Bloons Tower Defence 1/2/3

Same. Except I dream that I'm in the game, not just playing it. I think my subconscious is trying to tell me that I need to go outside a bit more.

*glances at shelf of games, sighs* I recently became addicted to HL2:Episode 2. I just wanted to finish it so bad. I wanted to know how it ended. Now I'm like the rest of you, waiting for Episode 3...

Fallout 3.
I would keep trying to use V.A.T.S whenever we went paint-balling. Sad? I think so.
I went to the desert in New Mexico and I kept expecting Centaurs or Super Mutants to crawl out of the sands.

Assassin's Creed.
How I got interested in free-running and sky-diving (Leap of Faith). Also I imagined the examination table at the doctor's (The big steel one, not the comfy "we're just going to ask you a few questions and feel up your back and chest" one) as an Animus.

Those are the only two worth remarking on.

I think I clocked over 300 hours with Morrowind, but at the rate I'm playing wow, I'll end up with at least that play time in 2 months.

When I first got Fallout 3, my schedule was

1: Wake up
2: Play fallout 3 until 5 am
3: sleep
4: repeat

Portal I beat like 6 times in a row, too.

Too many to count, when I was a bored student I'd get a game and just play and play and play. I think my longest ever session was 72 straight hours on Civilisation II, interrupted only by juice and toilet breaks. Regular 18 hour sessions of EVE, CS, BF2, Homeworld, Rome: Total War, Galactic Civilisations II gave me a distinctly pale complexion.
Strategy games were always the killers; I've lost months to them. You know you've got it bad when you wake up with a whole new set of ideas on supply-line organisation, army rosters or fleet dynamics.
