I have played Dungeons and Dragons Online for three years. Still not sick of it.
DDO = more than 8800 hours over 3 yrs give or take a few thousand (not a joke)

I don't even want to think what my hour count would be if I totalled my early 24/7 bouts in game plus my current DDO Forums addiction.

Me playing BG2 a long while ago:
"Hmmm, that was a good breakfast. Let's go play some of that new game I got yesterday"

On Monday morning:

"Well, that was a nice play session. Hey! Why does my clock say 1am? o_O"

Aye, know that feeling all too well, far too often over the decades -- even before computer games.

Half-Life 2 singleplayer consumed my life up for a couple of months when it came out (I was waiting for it in anticipation for about 3 years, and it still surpassed my expectations.) And i've finished the game over 35 times (I lost count after that.)

In my defense, at least 25 of those were during my year break after I left school, and I had a lot of free time. :)

Yeah. I am a Half-Life addict.
Wow, that's pretty intense! I've finished it 6 times right through (episodes and all)and i thought maybe there was something wrong wiht me but this just confirms that no, it's actually because HL2 is man's greatest artistic achievement to date :)

Over 250 hours in Fallout 3, must..resist..the call of..the wasteland.
This.

And I'm STILL finding new stuff in it...
Same here, I stumbled into an entire new area the other day filled with stuff including an unmarked quest.

So the last game I was obsessed with... Diablo (the first one).
I remember staying up for 20+ hours straight playing multiplayer with my brother.

Obsession meter:

After a game session, I thought my cat's nose was shaped like the warrior's mace.
Oh, and when I got thirsty, my finger would twitch for a -minor healing potion-.
Another one: I called my dad 'Griswold'.

Nice! where was it?

I've only just stubled across the massive hidden area north of takoma industrial... it's haunting back there.

Oblivion, spent days just playing that game... Oh, nostalgia!
I have over 150hours of play time on that game! Must...get...best...sword
I had so many hours on that game and all the best stuff. Then...my xbox wiped itself completely; all my shiny swords, helms etc. are gone :'(
&& All this talk of Oblivion makes me want to go on now...

An area around Arlington(I think), it's pretty well hidden and can only be reached through a certain metro tunnel.

Vegas 2 I've played so much that I now need a transition phase with shooters to remind myself what button is used to take cover, left trigger is just so goddam fluid!

I can remember being glued to GTAIII everyday after school, looking back I can't help but laugh at the thought of me sitting in a school uniform playing what was one of the most controversial videogames ever made at the time.

And I'm ashamed to say I was at one stage hooked on Brain Training in an undying quest to reach 20....only got 21...so decided to stop playing it until my 21st birthday!! :D

Fallout 3 and Oblivion, between them I've clocked up about 120 per character ... I've had at least 3 on each ... I think I need to get out more :|.

Also Age Of Empires 3 War Chiefs, many a days have disappeared into that game.

Oh and left 4 dead, binge sessions of that game are always amazing :D.

GTA is so addictive, maybe GTA IV's less addictive than the rest. But you can just drive around for hours and hours. San Andreas was my favourite. I used to love stealing the planes ^.^

My friend took time of college to play the fallout DLC, as soon as it wasn't 'good enough' he complained to bethesda and demanded a refund.

This is the same guy who got all the achievements on the first 2 Days :(

He REALLY needs to get out more.

Pokémon Gold. 10-year-olds are hardcore.

Am I the only one that sees the question mark and copyirhgt mark up there instead of the accented e? Might be 'cuz I just installed new .Net...

EDIT: Nevermind the question, only saw that in the preview.
