I assumed that SweetLiquidSnake was playing the game on Xbox 360, which would explain the confusion about what Origin is. Xbox 360 players will still, to my knowledge, need an "Origin" account to sign into in the game to get access to the multiplayer, which basically means they'll need a regular old EA account. Hence my response.

Personally I've been using Origin (or the EA Download Manager) for about four years, and know all about the controversy. I just didn't think it seemed relevant. :)
My apologies. I assumed because you didn't explain what Origin was that you didn't know.

Don't mind me... *walks away whistling*

I don't know how accurate this wiki page is, but according to that, Wrex is a temporary squadmate, and not a permanent one like Garrus or Tali.
a) that's the page for Mass Effect 3
b) The one mention Wrex gets there, he isn't even labeled as a temporary squadmate.

try This page [http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Urdnot_Wrex] for details, but Wrex was a standard, though optional (in the sense that the game allows you to skip recruiting him, the same is true with Garrus) squadmate in the original Mass Effect. He was NOT a squadmate in ME2, but if he survived the events of ME, he does re-appear in a supporting role.

GODDAMN EA.
I hear they're pretty cool guys. What're your feelings on the subject?
When did you ever hear EA were pretty cool guys? Who's been feeding you these lies?!
Joking Toombs was joking. Ergo the "What're your feelings on the subject?" when you made your feelings clear.

EA has very bad policies, and I don't like them. They have a number of decent games though.

I played the demo and frankly I'm looking forward to the game. It was kinda short but then again that's the point of demos, to leave you wanting more. Also I'm sure they didn't include massive amounts or RPG and story elements into the demo because...they didn't want the demo to be five hours long.

I've noticed the bad facial animations from recent YouTube videos of this demo. The texture quality could have been lowered to get below the maximum demo file size. The PC demo has a bigger file size and could have better textures. One of the devs also said it has less compressed audio.

Mordin was recast and I think it will stay like that. A big shame.
He was?

Michael Beattie was perfect as Mordin. And with this being the third game in a trilogy?
Also, do you have a source?
I emailed him about it and got a reply, but I deleted my inbox since. Some others emailed him as well and there must be a thread on the official BioWare forums somewhere.

The only thing i really didn't like was the fact that space bar is sprint/cover/just about everything, considering the majority of pc games use shift to run...but nooooo shift is now where the space bar was in ME1.

As for the rest of the game i really liked it, i LOVED the fact that i could select the style of gameplay i wanted at the start, it ran surprsingly well on 3gb RAM too (i'm down a gig at the min), and looked amazing even on the defaults (didn't even bother changing them).
