True, Still I dont like the idea of Datel making a device for "Rapid-Fire" Mic Spam and Trash Talk.

that may be...but anyone willing to pay so much for it will likely put up some true gems. as for that as I've said this product was released in 2007 and there was another in 2006, and I swear there was one for the original xbox, and I remember doing custom sound clips when I died in battle zone for the pc.

Aye mic spam will always exists then again its sad that a semi reputable (we all may still remember the Homebrew Community thefts) would release such a device, then again Id spose they knew XBL Trolls would love to use a device like this and they got the good old "Ka-Ching" look in there eyes.

For once I get to say that I find this old news. About two years ago when I started to play on XBL I made friends with a guy who along the line bought a device just like that one. Although he didn't use it for trash talk, he just used it for funny messages and screwed up recordings of himself laughing and whatnot. It was pretty fun.

But yeah, if this device is gaining popularity among 13 year olds now XBL will be heavily screwed. Even more than it is already.

Eh. Quite frankly, even this device couldn't make the XBL experience any worse then it already is.

Sounds exactly like HLSS/HLDJ to me, only they're charging you money for it, and it can't actually play full length songs, and it has to be hardware implemented not just software...

This really is not the big deal you're making it out to be. How many people do you actually think are going to spend the money to buy one of these things? If you'll notice, they're already selling it at a discount, presumably because no one thought it was worth buying when you could just trash talk people with your normal mouth. So yes, little kids on xbox live can be annoying, but honestly, if they were using this it'd probably be less annoying. If they're using this thing, then you don't have to hear their voices!
