Besides, who would want to join in an organisation where Batman, a somewhat unstable and violent vigilante, is a member of?
Or, y'know, have no superpowers.

Never followed superheroes much, but it's always baffled me why Batman would be a part of the Justice League when his greatest strengths lie in stealth and operating alone.

Just the idea of seeing Darkseid recking shit up is gonna be hype.
Scuttlebutt is that Stepenwolfe is the villain (don't know who that is).

So wait, is Superman just chilling in his funeral or something when this is happening?
Superman is totally dead and certainly not going to take part in some lame, Jesus-like 'Resurrect at the last minute to save the world after Batman and friends fuck it up, making the whole movie completely pointless' dues ex machina movie ender. No sir, you can trust that's not gonna happen.

Expecting originality and cleverness in a Superhero movies is like expecting a lion to not eat meat.
Marvel seems to do just fine. ;)
Eh a mixed bag of movies.
Eh, I'd say more a bunch of average movies with a few genuinely good ones.

That's exactly what I meant by mixed bag.

And I'll gladly take a mixed bag over a bag full of shit with maybe one redeeming quality (okay looking yet visually boring action sequences)
Judging by only 2 movies :p

And other movies are not gonna be directed and screenwrote and produced by the same people :p

But Batman has the greatest superpower of all:

HEAPING TRUCKLOADS OF MONEY!!!

I mean, someone needs to fund the League headquarters and such, and Wayne's bottomless fortune seems like a probable candidate, the other possibly being Oliver Queen/Green Arrow. If I'm not mistaken, Batman does in fact bankroll the League in some incarnations.

Also, I rather like the logo they came up with.

Three, if you count green Lantern. Honestly, even if it's only two movies DC has already shown an inability to learn from their mistakes, or even learning the wrong lessons from its failures. When green Lantern failed because of its awful script with bad dialog and worse characters and scenes, what did they learn from that? No jokes anymore! And then decided to make two movies with bad dialog and worse characters and scenes that didn't make sense.

I mean look at the lantern CGI costume failure. Everyone hated it, even Deadpool openly made fun of it. And how are they going to portray cyborg? With a full CGI suit of course!

It doesn't matter if it's 2 or 20 movies, if they keep making the same mistakes it won't matter.
To be fair on the 'CGI suit' bit...

Then again, it's easier and looks better then the whole character is CGI, rather a composite. I guess that's what they should be doing with Cyborg - Just go full terminator-without-skin.

Justice League Part 2. I can see the post-credit scene of JLP1 already...the League as it is beaten and having just barely escaped...Batman standing at Superman's Memorial...then it cracks in half and a fist raises up from the ground. There was a Superman monument/grave site in BvS, wasn't there?
There was both a Superman monument/grave site and a Clark Kent grave site, though I do not remember which one had rocks start floating at the very end of the movie. Probably Clark's grave. There's no way the government would bury Superman's body when they could keep it for scientific study.

Interesting, but how on earth are Bruce and Diana going to convince these metahumans that they need to join forces? They have next to no evidence (crazy Lex Joker is not enough, nor Bruce's future-dream). I assume Cyborg is going to be their first entry into the League. He possesses one of the three motherboxes, so maybe he has extra info. Alternatively, they could do it JL War style and have Parademon scouting parties that attack Central City, Atlantis, Themyscira, etc.

And yeah, as much as I enjoyed him in BvS, they absolutely fucked up Batman as a team player. He is the kind of person who makes up his mind about killing someone before he has even met him face to face.
I'm sorry, but I have no idea what a motherbox or JL War is.

JL War was the first DC series in the New 52 reboot, and was basically about Darkseid attacking earth. I was referring to how in the start of the arc, Green Lantern, Superman, and Batman all encounter a Parademon, which brought them all together.

A motherbox is basically a super advanced computer from Apokolips, where Darkseid is from. It is mainly used for teleportation, and was the tool that Darkseid's army used to get to earth.

Ah, got it, thanks. Would you recommend JL War?

Weellll... It's not bad, but it's also not much. I wouldn't buy a compilation if it wasn't on sale.

It's not as good as the previous dcau movies, but it good enough to watch online for free
Personally I found the comic book version better than the animated version.

Except for putting him near the top of the cast list, all but confirming it. So, like, they didn't even have enough faith in the premise to not promote it.

Goyer's still writing, yes? I mean, he's penned a couple of good things and some alright stuff, but it's safe to say that Goyer without some major mitigation will be shit.
