that was pretty amazing, but I really wish I hadn't gone on youtube and listened to a bit of what it sounds like at normal speed

I stopped caring about five seconds in. I looked at the words "Justin Bieber" and thought... Wait, hold on a sec...

Wow. That was actually pretty interesting.

If they could take out his 4 year old girl sounding voice it would be perfect.
... HIS?

Shouldn't that be "HER'S?" though I've always been of the opinion that Justin is a shitty thing to name your daughter. :p

Pretty cool. Reminds me of the Blade Runner sound track.
That and some of the Homeworld soundtrack. I mean, the preface was that it becomes ambient music, and it does.

Yeah, it makes everyone refer to her like she's a guy. I mean geez.

Now, I'm normally not the one to share this kind of stuff but man.. This shit is pretty amazing.
What's really amazing about it is how many people believe it's really Justin Bieber slowed down. It's obviously not (I'm an audio engineer so I'm qualified to tell you this). I got to hand it to whoever wrote the song though - riding off the back of someone else's fame sure is a clever marketing gimmick to get people to listen to your stuff. It's good to see that The Escapist a.k.a. The Great Justin Bieber Free Advertising Machine can actually be used, via threads like this, to promote other artists too.
No kidding. I find it funny that they want him to fall from the public when they keep making threads about him....

OT: While ambient isn't my thing, it does sounds pretty nice.

He's secretly a genius? Or just lucky?

This is giving me chills....
I theorise that Justin Beiber is actually an amazing ambient composer, however no one would take him seriously. So in order to spread his musical message he simply sped his songs up 800% and became a pop star.
That would explain the high voice... Interesting...

What the hell? How does run-of-the-mill teeny-bopper music sound so awesomely epic when its slowed down tremendously? Makes you wonder about all the other music out there. What kind of musical beauty may be hiding behind the festering halls of modern pop?

I just downloaded it and sped it up by 800%. You're wrong. IT IS the song slowed down 800%.

But... it's had a reverb applied to it and a phaser.

For once in your life, BonzaiK, your advice is wrong!

Fixed that for you.

OT: Weird shit.
