Honestly I have met some stupid people. Like the time I went to the Holocaust museum for school and some of the kids didn't even know what the Holocaust was and they were high school seniors. But that is still really stupid on his part and definitely worse.

But seriously, I think he made too much of a fool of himself this time because pretty much everybody his age knows what a German is and what the German language is too. Even Hannah Montana probably knows what a German is, so I guess what I'm saying is is that Bieber has fallen to a point that is lower than Hannah Montana. What an impressive feat.
