I want to put a picture of Hisao on the back of the box now that I've rearranged the pictures but I can't decide which picture to use. I was thinking the one with him in the snow with iwanako or the one where he was staring into the mirror. Which is better?

I don't see the appeal in japanese media. It's not funny, it's silly. It's not well written, it's stereotypical. I've not seen one good example of japanese media that even comes close to the standards set by western media, which is insanely low already.

Actually the disability aspect of it is taken quite seriously.

The protagonist even states towards the beginning that the notion that anyone would classify someone by their disability is "disgusting".

EDIT: The OP made this thread for constructive criticism of their cover so I don't think this thread should be turned into a debate.

I don't have anything specifically against the game (although I admit I haven't played it, but I have played a number of games from the genre), but how appropriate is this for a college assignment? Would everybody here feel comfortable turning in a photoshopped cover for a bondage movie to their college professors?

Have to say I totally would to see the look on his face. Anyway he's grading the work not the game and I'm not putting anything inapproiate on the cover. If he goes away and plays the game, I consider it a good thing because I think that more people should play this game

EDIT: my friend is making one for guitar hero: cannibal corpes and the imagry in their songs is much worse.

Yes, lots of people arguing for lots of different things can be demeaned to be an example of them basically saying "You like the wrong things because I disagree with your tastes", but that doesn't change that no matter what context it's in, purely saying that is a bad argument. That's what you were doing.

All I've been arguing is more of a question of "Why bother trying to belittle someone for their opinion?". This isn't a discussion about anything serious, just games.
It wasn't even a discussion on whether or not you liked the game, just the fan cover they made. I would like to defend anybody that is attacked for their opinion by someone who wants to ridicule them because they disgaree.
I tolerate the tolerant. Why can't you let people like what they like?

I am going to try to avoid continuing this argument, and I apologise to the OP for making it go on by continuing to respond to you, as it de-rails the thread.

OT: Whatever, the back needs to not be black, it's too stark, it looks amateur/unprofessional.
Otherwise it's pretty good. The spoilers on the back might need to be toned back.

It's a game about falling in love with a disabled girl of your choice. It's about getting to know her, knowing her good and bad points and getting to accept your own dissability. There is one sex scene each per path, but it's by far not the main objective.

It's like saying every hollywood movie with a sex scene is a porno.
