I was just thinking you can just bench your many many games i'm sure combined they are more of a workout than you doing push ups lol.

Basket ball or other sport
Get back to the gym but keep your workout interesting, keep cardio to the minimum and lift weights until failure point.

Why not run on the spot while watching something. I'm sure it will give you plenty of exercise and if you do it while watching a 10 min thing on youtube, or a programme you're not too bothered about but still engages your interest then the time will fly. I have trouble fitting in exercise at the moment, but am going to try this ^, not that I'm fat, just fairly unfit.

I used to do alot of swimming but quit after a broken arm and haven't done anything since, except for the occasional walk. My health has yet to be affected and i'm still pretty fit.
