Dirge of Cerberus... Pretty sure that supports mouse and keyboard on PS2, I've only tried a mouse though...

Good luck with your search for peripherals. You ruffled my feathers by writing 'Sigh...' as if my original comment was trollish. The rest of your comments then had problems of their own, which I dealt with as they came up. I'm not here to argue, but I don't take kindly to being patronised early in the morning, and you would do well to adopt a slightly different tone when responding to people you don't agree with.
Hahahaha really? You decided to troll and attempt to derail this thread because you think he was patronizing you, and best of all, you think tone is interpretable through text posts? The best way to deal with someone posting in a manner that "ruffles your feathers" is to click out of it and move on to another thread. So why don't you do that.

To contribute: OP I think it's going to be harder and harder to get mouse/keyboard configs to work on consoles, especially as developers and publishers switch more to consoles as the main form of gaming. But maybe once PC gaming officially dies they will give all us poor PC gamers mouse support on the XBox 57684323.

Or you could read the first post next time...

Anyways, on subject, I've tried them on the Xbox and I didn't like it as much. Nothing is ever good remade. Well, most of the times.

Ahhhh my worst nightmare has come true. Congrats with marriage! I also hate gamepads however they have a certain charm depending on the game. Heh I could have one hell of an advantage using a keyboard and mouse over people that had to use a controller.

Sorry I know nothing of adapters good luck anyway!

I would have loved to see keyboard and mouse support for the PS3 version of Dragon Age Origins. Could have potentially made it as good as the PC version. As it stands I'm going to pass on it until I can get a computer capable of doing the game justice.

How about doing the obvious thing? Don't keep upgrading every year...

You don't have to be able to run a computer that runs Crysis on highest settings to enjoy PC gaming. Mine is about 2 years old and was built on a budget, and today still runs Frontlines Fuel of War on high settings and Crysis on mostly medium/some high. No upgrades since the original build.

Take my approach, then gaming in the long run is cheaper. Console games cost more, plus you have to pay for online on 360, and miss out on mods and stuff.

Sigh... I do have a PC but I want to switch to a console because they're cheaper. I don't want to upgrade my PC every year like I used to do.

EDIT: I don't need advice about PC's or if you can or need to use a mouse and a keyboard. I need some user input about those adapters you can buy.
Well if you plug a mouse and keyboard straight into the PS3 they will work in browser, menus and such. They will also work in Unreal 3. Other then that you'll need one of those adapters.

+1 the exception being Unreal 3 and only Unreal 3 (mods).
