Civilian: Generally a calm looking face with clothes to match his occasion, looks a tiny bit above average.
Villain: wearing a gray sleeve-less coat with a hood, he has a plague doctor?s mask hiding his face also distorts voice, coat is laced with Bullet proof fibers, wears a skin mask that distorts his features to look more birdlike. Arms are covered in leather so his birds can land on him without hurting him, has falconer?s gloves.
Powers and Weapons: Extremely adept as a falconer and as a bio-engineer. Keeps several combat birds near him at all times, keeps a pistol and a shoe knife on him when he is a villain.
Personality: Very calm and orderly (Sorry guys, no mad scientist) he is very strict and believes greatly in the scientific method. He does like to relax and enjoy the cultured arts, he is extremely fond of his bird?s and other ones. Uses his villain persona to vent, also very protective of identity. He generally lacks the ability to directly kill a person.
Backstory: Richard was born to a single mom, his father died in a traffic accident on his way to the hospital. Richard was loved by his mom though and still lovers her to this day.
Richard took up his mom?s vocation as a falconer and was extremely adept; he also was able to quickly get into the University of Experimental Technology. Going off his love of nature he became a bio-engineer and was at the forefront of splicing technology, Richard believed his life was going to be amazing.
Unfortunately Richard had to see how the world worked. No one would fund Richard?s research, it was considered too controversial, for Richard wished to create life. He learned to hate the weak-minded masses and became hateful towards the world. He saw that technology had become stagnant, people no longer looked forward to the light of the invention, they only wanted to heal the wounds of the past instead of letting nature take its course.
Then a Super Villain attacked Richard?s town, he stared in wonder as the Villain released new tech upon his foes and destroyed them. Richard then decided to hunt down Villain?s, scientists not held down by the masses, to apprentice to. Richard met them one by one and was soon disappointed, most Evil Scientists were hacks that didn?t do justice to science. Then one day he met Dr. Manfred Von Doom.
He was an inventor, a brilliant amazing scientist, Richard learned from him for years and was able to continue his research. Then the hero, Lord Valiant, attacked Dr. Manfred was brought low, but he was able to defeat and slay Lord Valiant, with his dying words Dr. Manfred placed the Von Doom family name upon Richard and gave him the family?s sacred book The Grimore of Doom, Which contained the research of every member of the family back to its beginning. Richard took Manfred?s flying lab and destroyed the rest of his lair by having it burnt up in the atmosphere. So know he looks for someone to fund his continuing research.

But theres always one element thats forgotten. The Sidekicks, those young super powered freaks not yet old enough or strong enough to be a fully fledged villain or hero in their own right. But its not fair. The adults get all the fun. enoughs enough. Its time to kick some ass.
I'm interested in this, but how will my team be put together
You'll be signing up to be either a young masked vigilante, or a card carrying madman of the 9th degree. its up to you.
The good side.
* The Hero - The leader of the group.
* The Lancer - The second-in-command,
* The Smart Guy - The physically weak, but intelligent or clever member.
* The Big Guy - The strongman of the team. May be dumb. Or mute.
* The Chick - the token girl.

* The Big Bad - Counterpart to The Hero. Large And In Charge.
* The Dragon - Counterpart to The Lancer. Usually more physical than their boss, and commonly the most trusted member of the bunch.
* The Evil Genius - Counterpart to The Smart Guy. Operates the weapons or acts as Mission Control for the others.
