This kind of sentiment I find a bit concerning - in a democratic society with free speech it should not be considered 'unpatriotic' to question authority and it's figurehead(s). I like Obama, but I find it disquieting when politicians become inspirational figures instead of functional bureaucrats.
I'm not calling you out on anything personally, Random - nothing you said was untrue and he WAS voted in, like it or lump it. However, your statement was a good example of a mindset I find concerning, although you may have meant it as I described it.
Also, speaking generally, for every racist skinhead, there's usually a SHARP (skin head against racial prejudice), so until they start talking it's not fair (or wise) to assume they are a bigot. Then there are folks like myself who like surplus and thrift store clothes, boots and baldness, but have no affiliation with skinhead subculture at all and who only have a grudge against their own hair.
