I've recently got hold of Killer 7, treating myself to it after finding that my Shadow of collosus doesn't work (sorry i sound like a stuck record), but theres a link between Killer 7 and a previous thread I made re Game (the shop)

Now I was warned about Killer 7 being odd, having a strange control method (which I like very much) and being down right bat shit insane, but nothing could prepare me for the mind fuck that the game is, no one warned me that the tutorial and the help system is your gimp, you have a gimp as a helper? FUCKING HELL! I've always wanted a gimp, and now thanks to Killer 7 I have one, thank you Killer 7.

I'll be honest upon starting the game I thought it wasn't deep, being on a sort of rails and having to stop to shoot, I thought if the whole game is like this then it cant be much, but with every turn the game surprises me, it feels fresh, I've never had an experience like it before.

And kaede is a sexy fucking *****, she's my favourite so far, I wish she was my girlfriend.

I never beat that game. It was too weird and I got fed up and stopped playing.
Yeah I just got killed again, its a tough game, but I still like it... its my fault I got killed, not some dodgy design choice, its my own incompentence!.

Thank you for saving my thread from total obscurity, much like the game the thread is based on.

I loved this game, wish I hadn't got rid of it now. One of the best gaming experiences on the PS2 in my opinion.

This is ever so slightly wrong

thank you Killer 7.
I have quite a bit of love for Killer 7 I found it hard and also wasn't sure what was happening most of the time in the story. I left the game because I got stuck in a level at a save point that when I loaded I just couldn't live. Trust me, I tried. I know I have to start it again to get to the end but I'm not finding the time.

Thankfully the graphical design of the game means it will age well (look at Windwaker) and I can come back to it whenever I find a gap in gaming.

I've got it on Gamecube and PS2. I don't need both but there are loads on Ebay already. Sure, you could pick it up cheap.

This is a great game. I played it on the Gamecube which I think has better load times.

I like the rhythm and difficulty of the combat in this game. It has a sort of tension that you don't get in other games and that's before you get to the things that come from Suda51's fevered imagination.

Has anyone here tried Killer 8 mode?
I started a game in that mode but I think that the main difference was adding a certain character with Tommy Gun so didn't play too far.

At first, the quirkiness of this game is great
Then it starts to get old and becomes annoying (to me anyway)
Also its cel-shaded.....i'm getting fucking sick of cartoon graphics

You can't deny that the cel shaded looks ages much better than other types of graphical styles though.

The only issue I have with this game is the wicked bad difficulty curve, only because its different to any other game i've played, and the horrendous loading times.

I acutally have mine on PS2, I did want the GameCube version but I'm finding it increasingly difficult to find any gamecube games!, I mean with the Wii being more popular than Max The Repear you'd think they would re-issue the games.

That game was so twisted awesome I giggled like a psycho.

I used Coyote whenever I could even though he really has no practical use. He should of had his own unique weapon if you ask me. I'm thinking a sawn-off shotgun.

Anyway... Fun game to play once, but there was no real incentive to play it again.

But it was one HELL of a ride.

Why? she has lovely well groomed short hair, a models body and a cute little white number that screams "I'm here for you boy".

Although she's obviously doesn't know how to use a washing machine, what with all those ketchup stains on her dress, I call it the Lewinsky way of cleaning your dress.

Basically, its freaking awesome.

Hard as shit but its one of those games (for me) you have to get good at to enjoy the game (like S.T.A.L.K.E.R.)

The Handsome Men. Power Rangers is actually based on an older type of Japanese hero team.

Wow, I really have to look into this game now. Maybe, just maybe, it will bring my PS2 back from obscurity and the land of the DVD Player.
