Kind of team mate you hate in multiplayer?

In CS:S: Team killers. Also some dickheads think it's okay to block a teammate to his death (not allowing to get back to cover) to get an AWP or another weapon. Also deliberate teamflashes and those who're never going to do the objective.

The teammates that follow you around and wait for you to die before they start shooting.
Generally referred to as baiting in CS:S

For all of you who play multiplayer, what are the kind of team mates you hate having?

Personally, I hate it when you have the team mate who follows you around the map, attempting to kill you if you get a weapon he wants, and when he gets the weapon, he sucks with it.. Another one is the person who kill you to take the objective you were about to score, such as the enemys flag.

I dislike teammates in general, further more, and perhaps ironically but not hypocritically, I hate the kind of teammates who go "this team sucks, rahrahrah" when their team loses.

(I say ironically because its close to the issue, its not hypocritical however as I dislike teams, I don't blame them for my or our shortcomings... Often)

Oh tell me about it, I've had times where I gotta wait to shoot because this guys sitting infront of me constantly moving around, then when I do finally feel it's okay to shoot he jumps and meets my bullet and I get blamed for it. =/

- Ones that get in your way
- Ones that block the doorways
- Ones that go 1-32 (COD)...thank you ruining the game giving the enemy team attack dogs AND a chopper gunner
- Ones that figure, well, he's watching that door, so I guess I will too! Then we both get knifed in the back...cover the damn flanks!

-Self appointed leaders who always seem to tell the team to attack the most fortified places, when there are easy targets
-Team mates who build teleporters next to each other /;
-Team mates who walk in front of me when I am sniping

I hate it when a Medic in TF2 has 100% Ubercharge, gets shot at, and rather than make both of us invulnerable, turns and runs like a pussy.

He probably figures you wouldn't stand still long enough for him to use it.

OT: The "teammates" I hate are the ones spend their time camping...when your on offense. Such as in Search and destroy matches where you have to plant the bomb and they just run into the nearest building. He might as well be dead by this point, it wouldn't make a difference.

My multiplayer experience comes mostly from WoW, but I've seen this everywhere.

The teammate I hate is the teammate that takes the game WAY to seriously.

"OMG YOU FUCKING NOOBS, YOU SHOULD BE DOING ________"
"OMG, YOU ALL SUCK"
"SCRUBS LIKE YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED IN HERE."

etc, etc.

People like this need to calm the hell down.

10 year olds and the people who try to take charge of the team. I like people who ask if you can watch their back, or ask if you could help them with something, but if they start demanding, they get annoying. :/

Ah but I've got to say to this I think camping on the Offensive in a Objective game has it's uses but it depends on the type of camping.

for example a Sniper, if he were to run around and kill people like that your team would probably get trolled for 'quick scoping' but by camping a building with a Sniper he can if he is lucky Empty and protect a path to the objective for you by killing the people trying to block it off or rush it or atleast create a nice diversion while you go anouther way.

But as for the people who would just sit in a building and wait for people to run past when you the attacker yeah I agree with you hands down.

People like me: They absolutely suck, they do knife rushes, they get rediculous kills with the awp, and they rush in with a mac10 and kill 3-4 people before going down, but somehow, everyone loves them.

Basically every teammate for me, but especially the ones who will kill you over something and the ones that really don't know what they're doing but push everyone around like they do (I had the displeasure of being in an ENTIRE team with the latter play style once).
If either of these occur my multiplayer civility waiver goes into effect, often resulting in the spectacular failure of their objective. Do not act like a dick if you can't take some in return.

1. Rage Quitters. I know, I know, I should be happy to see someone who sucks quit -- except all my fellow Left 4 Dead-ers know how hard it is to beat a full team when you're short a man. I've had all three teammates quit after we lost a round! If you suck at a game, play it more. That one guy who keeps killing you? He's not yelling "hacks" and leaving the game. He's playing smart. Watch him. Do what he does. Soon enough you will cause others to rage quit.

2. H4XX0RZ and Admin Gods. I've encountered several servers where the jackass running them was also playing on them, using admin powers to noclip, be invincible, and so forth. Aimbots also seriously piss me off. Cheating does NOT make you a superior player, nor a particularly clever one. You want to feel powerful? Grow the *F* up, put on your big gamer pants, and PLAY BETTER. High scores are earned through practice.

3. One-Man Army. This guy bites in any game, but in Left 4 Dead he's an extra large portion of suck. You self-appointed team leaders who "lead" by dashing half a mile into the grasp of a Hunter, listen up: I can, will, and have watched you die without lifting a finger.

4. Idiots who put music or TV through the mike channel. Wondering why I never do what you say? It's because I muted you.
