Three things, all TF2 related.

Medics who won't run forward while ubercharged to take the brunt of the sentry knockback
Medic buddies who don't turn around to deal with that pyro when I tell them to.
Medic buddies who don't look after me :(

I hate teammates that kill me on Halo Reach to still the tank.
Happens to me too often. I rush the tank with Sprint, because I can use it. (Most people go WHEEE I'M INVINCIBLE Then boarded boom die. It's actually quite fragile.) So I got in the tank, and this guy stands on top of it facing the cockpit. He then proceeds to melee the hatch off, causing superficial damage to the tank.. then melees me to death. And steals it. And then minutes later gets exploded. So frustrating.
You should get the option to boot his ass from the server. Why didn't you?
Well, in Reach, the betray boot system can be retarded at times. For instance, if you accidently shoot or blow up someone in the middle of a fight, they might get the option to boot you, while if a team mate follows you around shooting and killing you, you might not get the option to boot him.

It's one thing to be on the loosing team. I can put up with that. I don't mind loosing as long as I know that I tried my hardest.

But then you get those players who moan and groan and blame their team for all the losses. I mean, I have nothing against hardcore ultra-competitive types, I'm like that myself sometimes. But when they can't keep themselves in check and begin blaming the team as a whole for each individual failure they produce, it makes me wish I could email him a slap in the face.

Let us not-so-good yet fun having guys have fun. Even if we do loose, I'd rather be a content looser then a stressed winner.

Ok gripe coming up.

Whenever I play as the Spy in TF2, sticking to a wall while invisible so that the enemies will run by me, there's always some idiot (normally a heavy) who, instead of drawing their fire back and leading them PAST me, runs straight towards me and them - putting me straight into their line of fire in the process. I HATE THAT FREAKING GUY.

If your Spy is waiting for enemies to run PAST him, what you should do is LEAD THEM PAST HIM. Keep them occupied while the Spy gets behind them. Then while they're concentrating on you, the Spy is getting ready to stab them in the back. THAT'S HOW A SPY SHOULD WORK WITH THE REST OF THE TEAM.

Oh, and medics who don't get that a lot of soldiers now have the Batallion's Backup (which only works if you take damage) are pretty damn irritating as well. HEAL THE SOLDIER AS A PRIORITY. Seriously, it's not freakin' hard to understand.

My multiplayer experience comes mostly from WoW, but I've seen this everywhere.

The teammate I hate is the teammate that takes the game WAY to seriously.

"OMG YOU FUCKING NOOBS, YOU SHOULD BE DOING ________"
"OMG, YOU ALL SUCK"
"SCRUBS LIKE YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED IN HERE."

etc, etc.

People like this need to calm the hell down.
There's always the 'battleground nazi' whenever I'm in one, I love how the entire wintergrasp team will start mocking that one person while at the same time fooling around and still winning with little effort.

Sad thing is, that person probably thought that we would have lost every time without their expert leadership.

Anyone not on my friends list, and plenty of people who are...
If i kill someone, his weapon is mine. Not yours. Especially in games like Red Orchestra.

being of the female persuasion i hate the typical mouthy folks.. but more than that, i hate the ones who insist on telling everyone else on the team how to play "go there!" "follow me!" "nono not there! not like that!" "hes at your six! flank! flank!" "pres x not to die!"
..we get it.. we've played before. stop talking.

That guy in TF2 that sees the team already has 3 snipers, but becomes one anyways. Or the guy who notices there are no medics, and bitches about it instead of becoming a medic.

The one asshole that blocks vital hallways/paths (the small ones that are only shoulder width, or they can't be accessed any other way) by doing one of the following

A. Reloading
B. Going AFK
C. Being completely clueless and trying to shoot enemy killstreaks down

all of this while I'm being shot in the back and I'm pleading for life.

Also, the "rescuer". I.E. the person that gets the Rescuer medal the most. Anytime I get that medal I feel really guilty, because it's "MOTHERFUCKING KILLSTEALER" in a more positive light. There have been less than 5 times I've been "rescued" and I actually needed it, and when I need it I'm really thankful, but not when I'm 2 kills away from my dogs and you hop in to "rescue me" and end up flipping the spawns so the enemy ends up spawning behind us. It's a vicious cycle.

I know I shouldn't complain about killstealing, because if you think about it, nobody really knows if one actually needs help if you see them in a firefight, so your first instinct is to shoot, but it's still annoying as hell.
