I was so amazed when i heard that Kingdom Hearts 3 was announced. I also heard it won't be the last game in the series. I just wanted to let some fans know. here is a link i found for the announcement.

Lets hope they don't make the mistake they made in the DS game.

Don't get me wrong i loved it to pieces but it just went on a wee bit to long. By the end of it i was just hammering out the missions asap because i was getting bored.... Though i instinctively had to complete EVERY mission and not just the key ones... because i have issues like that.

Though that could be its lack of exploring getting to me... I loved just running around Hollow bastion in KH2. The place was so cool.

Bout F'ing time they announce it (I know they've pretty much announced it in the past).

They gotta be careful about it though, I'd like them to stick to what the console versions did rather than the crappy bullshit the handheld ones have dished out (for the most part).

Also, possible 360 port plz? (I mean, Final Fantasy 13 is selling like hotcakes on the 360). It would save me having to buy a PS3 (which I would do).

Also, there better be some Marvel levels now. Arkham Asylum/Gotham City anyone?

Hadn't thought of that. Although Arkham Asylum is DC, so there can't be Batman.

Maybe Spiderman, Iron Man, something along those lines. Would be interesting, but I don't know how it would fit in with The Lion King and such...

Yes and thats a prequel.

The heartless can not be defeated completely given that they exist for as long as there is darkness in the hearts of men... and ducks.

As well it could be about people fighting the heartless in other places or times. Which could mean totally new worlds instead of rehashing the old ones. Maybe Disney inspired new worlds instead of direct pastes of them? Maybe more Final Fantasy worlds as well? *giddy with potential* Or, Dear god, Maybe its back before the worlds were split because of the darkness that was hinted at in the first game! Maybe Its the original Wielder of the keyblade.

As well you can never truly destroy the heartless. You can not have light without shadow, a primary meaning to the game. It could be a re surging of the heartless. New more powerful breeds. An overwhelming amount of Pure Bloods maybe?

I have thought about the potential a lot....

I can actually think of a baseline for the plot right now, at least as far as heartless are concerned:
As a result of Sora's actions, light has spread through the land and peace reigns supreme. As this builds, however, a great evil is born and nurtured. The light grows and grows and the shadows it creates span across the void. The darkness grows so great that it spills over into the world of light. Sora hasn't lost his memories or his powers, but his enemies are much more powerful than ever before.

No way, it's your second favorite series also? What's your first? BTW I'll be very dissapointed if you say anything other than Metal Gear Solid.

Edit: What about the note Sora got from Mickey at the end of KH2? What did it say?
