As soon as Ped woke up, he was relieved to realize he was here, and not there, where his dream took place. He couldn't remember much of it, but he saw that he was in a dark room, only that the floors were soft, like made of cloth. It wasn't really a floor, more like a huge bag. He summoned his keyblades, and started cutting through the bag, it rending like butter due to the impact of the keyblade.
As soon as he did that, he fell into a room. This time, the room was solid, and it was all white.
"Where the..." he suddenly felt a feeling he'd read about multiple times in the books he had read. He got the feeling like he knew this place, but didn't know where he was. He summoned his keyblades, and started hitting the walls of the room. Ped had no idea why he did that, he did it almost instinctively. The walls suddenly turned into liquid, approaching Ped, and finally splashing in his face.
He was consumed by them. Unlike the usual darkness he saw almost every dream, with no escape, this time he saw light. The purest light he had ever seen. And in that light, was a small, small little black dot, which Ped, upon touching, stinged. Suddenly, Ped flew away from the black spot almost instantly, like teleporting, and his body, all of his organs, started to ache all over. He saw that the black spot started moving, and as it flew towards him, he noticed that it was a Massive Possessor. As soon as it hit him, he started feeling less and less energy, the aches getting worse, and worse.
"This doesn't feel like a dream at all," he thought out loud, as desperation filled him.
Suddenly, he woke up. The dream felt too real. It was too wierd. It was surely a sign of something, but as he didn't know what, he didn't know what to think of it. He noticed that he was a bit tired, but as soon as he summoned Oathkeeper, which he always did summon briefly before Oblivion, he suddenly felt a wave of energy flowing into him.
"Does...this have anything to do with the light and darkness? The Oathkeeper being of light, thus giving me energy, protecting me from the darkness, from what I saw in my dreams?" he mumbled to himself.
"Usually I'd say that I'm thinking to deeply into this, but this is too coincidental."
His keyblades disappeared, and he suddenly wanted to meet others. He didn't know why, but suddenly, he felt utter loneliness.
He jumped off his bed with both foots landing at the same time, opened the door in a rush, and ran towards the others.
"Mornin', everybody!" he yelled, as others turned to look at him. He managed to smile, and did it very sincerely.
