"Box of death"? She trapped it in a bin until its owners came home. Based on the apparent time of day and the fact that the bins were on the inside of the fence it clearly WASNT garbage day. Hell, say it didn't make a sound, the owners would still notice the next time they put something in the damn bin. Death threats ARE unwarranted, end of story. She could have stomped on its head and they'd still be unwarranted. Only crazy fuckjobs make death threats.
