Let me tell you a little about my knives.
I own two sets of chef's knives. One is a simple three piece kit, and the other is a full blown carving/filleting/kitchen/boning/vegetable/paring set with a meat cleaver to boot, both sets are in addition to those already displayed in my kitchen for regular use. My house is dotted with various questionably legal blades. I have three seven inch butterfly knives, a switchblade, two eight inch folding knives, and three five and three quarter inch folding knives, all with locking mechanisms which aren't strictly legal. I also have a Swiss army knife, but that's really a given.
OH! I almost forgot. I also have a machete and a panga, both of which have sheaths that are easily attachable to shoulder straps, should you wish to take a walk in the jungle and need to hack through the undergrowth,.
