Last Guardian is being made by Team ICO. It will be awesome. Waiting another year for perfection is worth it. Also I dont own a PS3 anymore so I don't care.

Fucking relax. Would you rather them released an unplayable mess of a game or take the time to perfect it? Honestly, gamers go apeshit over the slightest things now. It will be worth it.

Also, "Anon" didn't hack the PSN, nobody ever said it was Anon, I guess you were only reading Headlines from articles though and like to point the finger at them because they're the big bad guy at the moment to blame?

It is frustrating yes but I would rather them take the time and make the game better rather than release it and have to release a bunch of patches for it. Its like Starcraft 2 all over for me. Long as they don't make me wait as long as Blizzard did for it I am fine waiting.

On the topic of the PSN I don't know what the problem is or is not and personally I don't care. I don't play online much anyways. The only thing I like the PSN to be up for anyways is when I am creating LBP2 levels with one of my guy friends and when I am updating my trophies. At this rate I'll just have a bunch of trophy updates next weekish for my facebook profile of all the stuff I have done lately. Plus I have better things to do like study for an interview I have on Monday. *shrugs*

You should probably learn a bit of patience. Waiting for a game is about the only thing I really have patience for. Plus with the delayed release it gives me more time to find a job and get the money to get the game.

The Last Guardian is my most anticipated game, but I could see the delay coming from a mile away so I'm not too upset.
I also saw the delay coming.

Frankly I don't care what happens with PSNs online abilities since I don't use my PS3 anymore. It has in fact been sitting unplugged for over a year.

Never heard of Last Guardian and even if I had, I doubt I'd get it for the aforementioned reason.

So no and no.

I'd like to think they are hoping the world ends before they have to admit they've not really been working on the game.

Furious? No, just a little sad. To be that angry over a delayed game is just silly to me, relax dude. They are making sure that that game is gonna be awesome, no need to have an aneurysm over it.

Mad at Anon? As much as I don't like them, they have been thrown under the bus way too much to be considered reasonable. I personally think it might have to do with the cross platform with Steam and the PS3, but that's just my guess.

Hey, look on the bright side. At least you'll get to play it before the apocalypse. :p

No. My gaming budget is already strapped for this year with all the games I want to buy coming out so close to each other.

And as for the PSN thing, I can handle that too.

Okay, let me remind you of why they are called Team ICO and not Team Shadow or whatever (in case you never had the pleasure of playing ICO).

When ICO was released, it was done hastily... For those of us in NTSC regions, a lesser version was given because they only took the time to "finish" the PAL version.

The result? NTSC had a crappy light saber for a special weapon (which made no sense in the context of the game), we never got to understand what Yorda said to us (okay, not a huge deal there -- she didn't say anything surprising) and worst of all, we never got to unlock the Co-op mode, which effectively changed the entire mood of the game when it ended.

ICO was still very good and very playable, but those not blessed with the PAL version (myself included) felt jilted. After all, we were paying for the same game, but with crappy box art and less features.

It was because of this that Team ICO vowed never to rush a game out again. Believe me, you know not what you are asking for if you are angry that they are delaying release of this game.

Also, cheers to the re-release of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus on PS3! I'll finally be able to play ICO co-op and not have to be subject to Yorda seemingly WANTING to get captured!

Not really. If they feel it still needs more work, then it's fine with me. To be honest, I don't care about delays anymore. There are so many good games on the market that one delayed game just means I have time to try out another title that I may have considered but not gotten around to. Hell, even the last generation still has worthwhile games that I haven't had a chance to play.

As for the PSN thing, I think people are a little overeager to blame Annon. If it was them, then yeah, what the hell, assholes! But I don't actually think it is them. Regardless, for the same reason I don't care about the delays, I don't care if PSN is down for a while. There's always something else to play.

I suppose it sucks more if a PS3 is the only platform you have to play on though. I've heard that even some single player games don't work unless you're connected to PSN, which is a pretty fucking bullshit design choice if you ask me.
