My last kill was dropping a corrupt cardinal to his untimely death in AC: Brotherhood. I then proceeded to jump out the nearest window and bag the achievement for collecting all the Borgia flags.

Old School - Complete 10 retro Warp Zones (Super Meat Boy)
I was trying to finish the game in a huge session there, but Couldn't beat Dr Fetus before 2011, sadly (The level before it took me ages). This game is going to take a long time to complete 100%. I only have 2 worlds 100% completed so far.
And last kill? Someone on TF2 I guess.

Brotherhood, some guy on the multiplayer, last achievement I think was for taking the lead and winning in the last 10 seconds for Brotherhood.
Achievement: Ring-a-Ding-Ding = Completed Ring-a-Ding-Ding.
Kill: A New California Republic Veteran Ranger x2. I'm going about FNV the way of the NCR, but I really wanted that armour and the Anti-Material Rifle.
I'm now neutral with the NCR, but I can regain my Rep and I don't regret doing it for this totally epic combat gear.
Both of these on Fallout: New Vegas of course.

My last kill was Master D (aka Hitler) from Bionic Commando on NES.
Last achievement was in TF2, I believe it was "Be Efficient" or something like that, basically 3 (or something like that) headshots in a row without missing with the Sniper.

I killed a Tank in Left 4 Dead 2, and got the "Kill Bill" achievement, because I sacrificed myself at the end of "The Sacrifice" as Bill. Before that, I was playing Monday night combat and killed a Jackbot XL.
I killed a Big Daddy with my Wrench, it was very satisfying to bring in the new year that way. :3

It was hard too, I was taking scout fire from the left, and shotgun fire from the front.
It was epic. Everybody just stopped and started dancing.
Not my last kill though, that would be this morning when I decided to play Red Steel 2 again, the final boss.
I feel so badass whenever I'm playing that game.
Kill idiots 1,2 and 3. Kill idiot 4 trying to stab me in the back by by stabbing backwards, kill idiots 5,6,7 and 8 by reflecting their bullets into their faces, kill ninjas 1,2,3 and 4 within 1 second of each other, finish off the last ninja with a shot to the face from an revolver that looks like it was supercharged with Formula for AWESOME.
Then kill the boss without backing away, just blocking, parrying and swinging around him for a stab in the back.
EDIT: For those of you who have seen Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, remember Micheal Cera kicking ass with the power of love/self-respect? Like that, but multiplied to the power of Chuck Norris

form an 8 man posse in red dead, last kill the opposing posse that me and a bunch of random people rallied against. It was pretty intense
Killed a Badmutha Brute in borderlands, damn bastard filled my hunter full of holes before i got the headshot off

I still have a few hours, but right now Coming in first on a Vietnam Map on Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam is my last Achievement, and my last kill will probably be some person on Xbox Live, or a Borgia guard.
