I rented 1984 last month.

It's my favorite book and it was like $.99 so I rented it and I became enraged after 45 minutes...

Team America, the puppet sex scene was the final straw
The sex scene was epic! I'd not laughed at a film in the theater that hard for a long time... the uncut version was even better!

OT, I usually don't walk out on films, no matter how horrible they are, but I did walk out of Showgirls, and I fell asleep in Mary Shelly's Frankenstein (the one with Robert Deniro).

Dracula. The 1993 one with Keanu Reeves.

It has atrocious acting, that early Hollywood 1990's set appearance where it feels like a movie set, and the only positive aspect of the film are the sound effects it won an academy award for. The costumes aren't half bad either...
You know what? The acting would've been very good had they removed Keanu Reeves and put a better acter in the role of Johnathan Harker. He was the only one who irreprebly mucked up his role and he was unfortunately supposed to be the main character so everyone had to pick up his slack. Even the director regretted his decision to cast him.

As for the anser to that question-- Yeti. It was like a walking insult to the survivors portrayed in the movie Alive. Every meal one asshole said the only way to live was to eat the bodies and he bitched and moaned when they found a rabbit to eat; it was like he really wanted to eat them. The funny thing was that the yeti played second place to them and their desire to eat people.

I know it's a little dated at this point, but I managed the first 15 minutes of You, Me and Dupree before the sheer awfulness of that movie caused me to have a painful ulcer, a brain tumor, 13 separate cases of diarrhea and a very painful boil on the end of my big toe.

The last movie I walked out of was Bicentennial Man, with Robin Williams. Such a BAAAW fest, and it drags it out mercilessly. Not Williams' best work, for sure.

Oh and also the 2003 Incredible hulk. That was bad, no-wonder they remade it in 2008. Thatone sucked too though
Final film probably: batman begins. I can't stand batmans gritty voice it just sounds stupid and the fighting scenes were laughable. Like someone was playing with the zoom in and out feature.

Note I didn't walk out of it, I just slept through it.

This thread confuses me. I don't know whether I want to ask a few of you if you are trolling or are serious.

But I will admit that just about any horror movie since a decade ago has been pretty mediocre for me.

These days almost all movies are by-the-numbers, however horror movies have reached a level of poor that is actually disappointing. Plus the idea that gore and/or 'surprise' scares are what make a good horror movie troubles me.

Burn After Reading. Nuff said.
I had such high hopes for that because I generally like John Malkovich. It sucked.

As embarrassed as I am to admit this, Twilight was probably the worst movie I ever had the misfortune to have to see. In my defense I was traveling at the time, and had a 4 hour wait until I could be picked up and it was a choice of that or some kids movie. Ugh, my eyes were sore from rolling them and I lost my voice because I groaned at every line. But I stayed until I finished my popcorn.

TWILIGHT. damn you. for corrupting the only mildy tainted name of vampire movies. Its not even a vampire movie. its a crappy sub par teen romance. which deserves to shot.several times. in the balls.
That might have been made by Friedberg and Seltzer for how shitty the story and characterization were. Didn't read the books, saw the movie for the express purpose of tearing it a new asshole in the review. My ex was obsessed to the point of creepy eroticism with the series and neither I nor any of my friends could see any reason anyone would be. Not going to really get worked up here, as it's well past my bedtime and I have class in the early morning.

Eragon, Twilight, anything made by Friedberg and Seltzer (the "genre movie" parodies), and The Day the World Stood Still. Jesus Christ, that last one was a fucking disaster. So was the first one. Actually, all of them were; Disaster Movie was the only one kind enough to give us a titular warning.

I've never walked out on a movie, or turned one off in the middle of watching it. I have to watch them all the way through. It sucks, I wish I could just shut it off, but the damn optimist part of by brain just prays and says that it'll get better, somehow. Even though they usually don't.

But there's two that spring to mind that I wish I could have just throw out the window, DVD players and all:

First, Gabriel. To put it bluntly, it was something torn from a very sad, young teenage goth girl's brain (I feel bad for the decent teenage goth girls. Sorry to them) and shoved onto screen. It was bloody terrible, and I get the feeling that if I, somehow, see Twilight, it'll be the same.

And secondly, TideLand. I think I literally gagged a few times during this movie. It was.. Disturbing for no apparent reason. Just stupid. I cannot believe I watched it all the way through, and I bloody wish I hadn't.

EDIT: That reminds me. Look what I saw on a t-shirt when I went shopping today. The store was full of them:

As well as 'I <3 Edward' designs and more.

I died a little inside.

The Spirit. A couple of friends and I were watching it and waited for it to get better. But it wasn't. Once SLJ appeared in his Nazi outfit, the two friends said to hell with it and left, taking me with them.

Yeah, that too. That was supposed to be good and it really disappointed.
