I'm excluding things that people did that I ended up paying them for, or if they were on the clock at work (thus, were being paid to do it). As far as I remember, it was my best friend replacing my brakes. Nicest thing without asking - same friend got me a mini-heater for my truck, since my doesn't work, which sucks in freezing rain and snowy weather for Christmas.
