Absolutely terrified of spiders so when one comes crawling along my duvet in the middle of the night as I turn my light on to get out of bed, bricks were shat.
Also, on holiday in Cornwall I was body boarding with my cousins. I catch a wave but push the board down a little too low so it stops and flips over with me on top of it. Now I can easily touch the ground where I was and there were several people around me who must have seen what happened so I would have been fine either way. But one second being above water, the next under it is a bit of a shock. I just kicked out for land then threw myself up above the water. More of a shock than anything else.
