The last song that brought a tear to my eye, hell, the last time I actually cried, was just over 2 years ago. I'm about 90% certain that it was this song:

The song itself is alright enough, but it's all about context. One of my good friends from high school had died in a car accident with a drugged up car thief a couple days before and the tv news had finally gotten around to covering the accident. Her father had sent in a tape of her up on stage at school playing the acoustic guitar and singing the song. I broke down completely. Hell, even today that song still gets to me a little.

I'm not one to tear up on music, but this is one of the few songs that throw me in deep relaxation and joy.

Hmm, music doesn't really bring a tear to my eye all that often. I do get that spine tingling goosebump thing a lot though. I guess the last I remember is a song from the MGS4 soundtrack. When I heard it I didn't even know what part it was from, I think it worked better on its own. It basically seemed to sum up all of his journey, and I felt a greater emotional resonance than I ever did whilst playing the game. It was beautiful.

The end credits song of Wind waker is also amazing.

As for an actual song I'd go with Descend the shades of night by Machine Head.

Even as I listen to it now, it brings tears to my eyes, but I do not cry. I must stay strong. [sub]Nagisa...[/sub]

For me, it would have to be "The Time Has Come" from Pokemon: 2.B.A. Master.

I actually had to hold back tears when I heard it in the show.

Seriously though, I always start crying when I sing "I am proud to be an American, where as least I know I'm free..." Funny thing is, I'm Swedish. It's just a touching song. So that's the last song that made me cry.

I don't think music alone's ever made me cry.
I'm pretty sure it was only because of
that I shed a tear at Final Fantasy XIII's ending, but I doubt I'd have cried without the cutscene either.

So... yeah. Missing the point of the thread. It's fun.
How is it possible that my emotions were ninja'd?
Well, then the other song(s) that'd bring a tear to my manly eyes are Gotta Be Somebody by Nickelback and Give Me a Sign by Breaking Benjamin.
As to why they bring a tear to my eye is my knowledge for now.

It more or less happened to me. So it is a little close to home.
