Starting at around 12:25 is the weirdest and funniest story that has probably ever been revealed in Game Grumps.

So! I never really got into the Stargate scene when it was a movie, nor when the show was on the spelling-it-properly Sci-Fi Channel. Didn't really feel into it. Years later, my girlfriend - who is a big fan - asks me to do so. "Okay.", I say, and then I proceed to find it sliding between okay and pretty good, dependent on the episode in question. Certainly better than Battlestar. That being said, here's a youtuber's compliation of The Very Best of Jack O'Neill.
