Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth for PC at my local GameStation; and at only 99p!

Apart from some frustrating action segments and a few glitches, it was a very good game. It was very creepy and atmospheric.

okay so the last game i bought was Knights of the Old Republic II because i bought the first one off steam for like £1.47 at christmas and had a hellova good time with it and 60 hours of gameplay, so i figured the second one would be worth a glance.
the one before that was plant vs zombies for £2.17 again off steam and i got 8 hours of play time in a day, its like crack but more addictive.

The Bethesda pack from steam(Fallout 3, ES: Morrowind and ES: Oblivion) because I wanted to play them before Skyrim came out. Too bad I can't get them working properly under WINE.

Borderlands, because i was bored on saturday and impulse bought a game based on art style and literally 30 seconds of gameplay footage.

Let the judgement commence.

Angry Birds, last night, for 59p on iPod.

Why? Because I wanted to see if it was as good as people say so. Was it? Hells yeah it was.

I bought 5 games the same day. The Hitman trilogy pack: because I wanted to understand the story before I get the new one coming out, Xenosaga: Lots of people telling me it has a great story and Yu-gi-oh: duelists of the roses, for nostalgia's sake.

Boarderlands and 2 expansions, because i didn't buy it when it came out in 2009 wasn't sure it would be any good, and then they were on sale for both the game and expansions £5 so thought why not.

deus ex 1 and 2 on steam because its $5 for both.

also because deus ex 1 is the one of the sweetest goddamn game ive played ever, and ive played it back in ps2.
bought deus ex 2 so that when 3 is out, my steam catalog would look neat und tidy. might try it out later.

Does Team Fortress 2 count since it's now free? (which, coincidently, is why I got it)

If not, and not counting DLC (as I just bought the add-ons to Fallout New Vegas as they were 75% off on Steam), then Avadon: The Black Fortress. I found it by accident a couple of months back and downloaded the free demo. When I played it a bit, I found I really like it, so I bought the full version.
It's a turn-based RPG with top-down isometric style graphics (think Fallout 1 and 2, etc). Quite fun... no bugs that I can find though could still do so much more, gameplay-wise. It is a huge game though.

Deadliest Warrior: Legends, me and my friend. We loved the first game and still play it, but now there's a sequel and we will have awesome fun once again!

Marvel vs Capcom 3, so that my cousins and myself could enjoy it. We're having a hell of a time with it, too!

Star Ocean: Til the End of Time. Saw it for $8, herd it was good and looked like it was straight up my alley but I hate the combat. There needs to be a button to tell my teammates to dodge like in Devil Summoner 2.

Crysis 2. Why? Becauseit's a gorgeous game that's also fun to play, plus I cannot wait to get my hands on all th mods that are going to be made for it.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the Virtual Console. Why? Do I really need to explain why?

A cross between inFamous 2 and Alice: Madness returns.
Bought them on amazon together.
Why?
Because i really liked inFamous and wanted to continue playing the story on into inFamous 2 and Alice because it's something a little different.
You know, different to the 3 trillion or so meat head shoot em' ups on the market that have infected the games industry like a swarm of fat, samey locusts.
Plus i liked the look of it.
