The ultimate bad movie, a complete failure on every level, acting is of course, unbelievably bad, the story is so insane and terrible, at points the sound cuts out, there are scenes that hold on the scene for so long you actually see the actors turn to the director and mouth "what do I do" etc etc etc, and its hilarious
What in the fuck...

What that real or just a complete piss take?
Totally real. It is an amazingly poor film. It also has an environmental message about global warming or something (which is why the birds explode I guess). If you like bad movies then definitely track down a copy.

It's not all just pulse pounding action though. There is a heartwarming romantic sub-plot.

Can't you just feel the chemistry? Also note the random fade placed in that scene. A mark of a visionary editor.

Trying to not say anything predictable, I own a movie called The Forgotten Wells (well, my copy is called "Jagad i Underjorden" and for some reason it has a second Swedish title; "Grottmorden") and, oh man, is it bad.

It's a Swedish action/horror movie and it is absolutely terribad while also being absolutely hilarious.
Swedish actors desperately trying (and failing) to sound American just makes it funnier.

Also, House of the Dead is absolutely hilarious...
At least I think so...

Ever watch Mystery Science Theater 3000? Anything they made fun of. The only reason those movies were watchable was the group making fun of them the whole time. I miss that show.

Oh it's real, the director was interviewed and he was actually trying to be serious, he even says "it doesn't look that bad from afar" as a serious excuse

Every Batman movie ever made
I kindly disagree.
The Tim Burton ones were amazing, and really dark, so they weren't exactly funny in any way.
but if you are talking about Batman and Robin, then yes, but thats more cringe worthy than funny.

Also, The Room.

Howling 3: the Marsupials.

There is nothing scary about marsupial animals. Even though I know about their reputations for killing dogs in some rather vicious ways, Kangaroos are not scary to me and were kangaroos even less.

See also Night of the Lepus.

Southland Tales

Hey guys lets have 4 separate plots and never connect them, the audience will totally understand everything.

This movie is just so terrible in every possible way.
That's a matter of opinion. I really, really liked Southland Tales. It had some rather glaring but it was still a really good movie.

Obscurus Lupa lives, breathes, and sleeps films like this. Birdemic HAS to take about ten different cakes, though.

"Quick, hit them with coat hangers! ...For two good minutes!"

Star Wars Christmas Special. only seen the nostalgia critic review, but I can't understand why George Lucas ever thought it was good.
George Lucas denies its exsistence.

Think about that. The man who is proud of Jar Jar Binks, and screws up his movies, refuses to aknowledge that movie's exsistence.

M. Night Shyalaman's The Happening.

The premise: something mysterious is causing thousands of people to drop what they are doing and commit suicide on the spot. It's a Hitchcockian premise for sure, but with an emphasis on the cock. This movie features some astonishingly absurd scenes, such as Mark Walberg trying to negotiate with a house plant, Zoey Deschanel's character outright admitting to being a wooden actress, a granny who headbutts windows, a hillbilly who shoots obnoxious children, and people being chased by a stiff breeze.

I think it is the best worst movie, because of the high production values, big names, and the genuinely sincere attempt to provide a thought provoking, terrifying, ecological parable. (It fails in every respect). It is that self-seriousness that makes it all the more hilarious to watch.
And the lady believing that suicide by Tiger was caused by terrorists.

Birdemic. It seemed to have a budget of about two bucks.

Just look at that copy paste effects! The learned what Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V means!
I just Laughed, SO MUCH!

However there is a big budget film series that anyone can laugh at because the acting is too bad and the as someone has mentioned lack of t shirts.

And that is *Drum roll*

TWILIGHT!!!!!

/Prepares flame shield

I'll just have to be behind that shield with you because Twilight is AWFUL. All of them. There is no argument to the contrary.

But, to add one of my own, I'll say House of Wax. Not only was it just plain bad, but Paris Hilton gets freaking impaled. I literally laughed until I cried. XD

I'm overjoyed no one has mentioned this yet! Seriously, Herr Cage is underrepresented here...

My personal favorite (though half of the films he's in meet bad/good standards) is the Wicker Man: Behold, a horror film so bad the footage can be recut to look like a comedy!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_mW8mBzmHo

Seriously. Cage must have breakfasted with ham every day of shooting.

edit: Still suck at putting up video clips in my posts, so I've just got the link
