Hello, been couple of month I have been searching for job but now that I still can't find any, I feel like that with the laziness of doing nothing is getting on my brain and is making me drastically more hypersomniac, some day I have trouble not to get a nap of 2 to 4 hours in the afternoon because I feel so much mental fatigue.
So I would guess it all about I should start moving more or something, should I visit my doctor

I know exactly what you mean. I've been unemployed for a while now myself and I still stay up for long periods of time doing odd things (including helping friends for pay ironically enough). There was a point where I would sleep normally and all of a sudden feel this incredible need to sleep at around 2-5PM. It was so powerful that it felt like I was injected with a fictitious "knockout" drug. If I had been driving I would have crashed.

I've been a believer in the concept of a 'sleep deficit' for a while now. Maybe you're familiar with the term (still unofficial) but there's this phase where a lack of sleep over time catches up with you after a number of days. I sometimes find I can get back to normal after only a few days but I think constantly staying up these past six months has really messed with my mind. For example, some days I'll wake up after sleeping for only one hour and can't get back asleep. In your case I suspect that if you spoke with a doctor he/she would probably tell you to get some sunlight and more exercise.

As long as nothing really strange is going on (like nosebleeds, incredibly bad headaches or spontaneous smells like perfume or flowers) I think you'll be okay.

Sounds like a classic case of having too much time on your hands. In my experience (of myself, and other people close to me) when people are unemployed for a long time and no longer have a set schedule to stick to, they tend to become almost nocturnal in addition to oversleeping (11, 12 hours or more). It's kind of a vicious cycle. The more you mooch around, the less energy you have and the less inclined you are to fix up.

I'd suggest you make some kind of routine for yourself. Set your alarm for 7:00 am, go for a jog, aim to have eaten breakfast and be showered by a set time, and so on. Oh yeah, and don't forget to apply for jobs :)

I was hypersomniac too when i was depressed.

I think the only reason why I snapped out of it was because I was forced to stay up.
But you know, I think it is ok to have periods like that in your life once in a while

Are you getting any exercise? When I was unemployed, exercising made me feel much better and more productive.
