It basically boils down to this: I wish riot stopped stroking their huge boner for "aggressive gameplay" and spent more time coming up with interesting, new mechanics that are not necessarily all about loldamage but that ain't gonna happen because now, even the "supports" are supposed to deal tons of damage while heals are slowly but surely getting patched out of the game.
The last thing I knew was they were eying soraka for a possible karma treatment.

That doesn't actually surprise me - Soraka, as she is right now, is REALLY bad. Cooldowns are too long, mana costs are too high, and her heals don't heal for enough. In order to make her a viable pick, they'd need to almost completely rework her. Guess Riot decided to just go the extra mile for it

Yup, her kit's insane. Area stun (which you can check bushes with also), insane atk speed steroid, great waveclear, a long range skillshot that slows and reveals the hit target and if you have the upper hand in a teamfight she will chase the enemy team to death due to her passive. Her ult moves pretty fast also.

I don't like the adc role that much (jungling is the only role I like less) and my go-to champs have been Ashe and Cait so far. Jinx is adding some diversity for me.

Riot again proves they can't make female characters that wear clothes.

um... Kayle? Diana? Annie (child but still)? Karma? Lux? Quinn? Vi? Sejuani (at least post-change)? Lulu? Poppy? Vayne? Leona? Fiora? Irelia? All of them are well dressed.

Hell even a lot of the other champions, Riven, Syndra, LeBlanc, Kat... Aren't even that badly covered.

Geez... The length people will go to hate on Riot...

It's not about hating on Riot, it's about bringing up sexism/misogyny when asked to comment on a glass of water (i.e. anything).

That makes sense. I just know a lot on here seem to hate LoL/Riot.

I guess the fact she has small breasts and the fact riot generally seem to have rich stories for their female characters and alot of female characters are more powerful than male characters as well as there are alot of heavily dressed females in the game means they are just super mysogonistic,

please its an rpg you play as characters you'd love to be, if you want a super fat woman (theres a few ugly ones already) just petition riot to make one they would probably do it, because lets face it they are going to create champions that will sell...

TL;DR dont like female characters with sex appeal dont buy them and ask for non aesthetically pleasing ones

Unless you're talking about TF2, valve probably won't make "meet the" for dota 2 until they add the whole hero pool from dota.

Soraka bad? Build her right. She's painfully op for a support if played right, and an AP Soraka is a self gassing murder machine.

It doesn't matter how well you play her or how you build her. Compared to other supports she's just not that good competitively. She's nothing to Thresh/Janna/Zyra and Sona can perform her role x10 better.

Just saying, there's a reason she's not played on a competitive level. I'd love a rework of Soraka though

I don't play LoL, nor do I intend to, but this character does look fun. She kind of reminds me of Tiny Tina.

I did get a strong Tiny Tina vibe from her as well, sort of like what I expect Tina to be when she is a bit older.

OT: Well that was fun to watch! And I cant help but laugh at the people who whine about how she is dressed, obviouslly have never seen what she is inspired by.

I'd go with Tiny Tina (love of explosions) crossed with Harley Quinn (child-like approach to anarchy) with a squeeze of Tank Girls (for visual appearance).

Such cringe. I like League of Legends and Riot etc. but this just feels so cringeworthy. Like they're trying to pander to the "lolrandumtumblr" group.

So, it has been over a year since I last played lol...

TBH I was very impressed with the animation, very stylized, and with some impressive production values.
The character itself... meh it seems like a mixture of everything as all of Lol's universe... All over the place without any clue of coherence or real creative perspective... This Jinx one seems produced from fanfiction with the purpose of producing more fanfiction.

Also, the song... maybe the lyrics work, in the sort of "really dumb, blunt lacking of any sort of subtlety" way... maybe. But the verses are rather plain, the buildup is generic, and the chorus is just awfully dissonant, seemingly belonging to a different song... If they had hired some decent composer... maybe it could have turned out better ( I'm sorry if there are any fans but Djerv's compositions range from forgettable to horrible).

Still .. very nice production...
