Well i even said it wouldn't hold you long just enough to let us you know get our bearings since you also did happen to be using gale force winds against a fire user and smoke user, plus it was being shot at an intense pressure and speed, plus i think i said this before but they are more like insects they are molecules that constantly generate in his body(the hive) and he controls them like the queen. But yeah okay. Plus he's 25 and he learned he had it at 14 and was swept up by a powerful villain who trained him for a long time, he's had over a decade to learn the power, it's getting to be kinda strong, but yeah i know it was a little out there. Question though, is Zephyr gonna become a large character?

Julio smiled, "Cute he thinks he's indestructable." Julio quickly formed two short swords, then used the flat end to stop the wind from hitting him. "That wasn't very nice now was it?" Julio said through fake pouting. Julio quickly leapt up and pushed off from the wall with his legs, quickly shooting jets of smoke from his feet and flying at the mayor, pointing both swords forward at the mayor. "Today's the day you die... *****!" sneered Julio.

<spoiler=Smaug>It's okay.
And no, Zephyr will die. Possibly horribly.

The Mayor moved to the side, though since he was in the air, one of the corruption veins hit his leg. He tried to sever it with a sharp gust of wind. Julios yelling took his attention away from the vein for a brief second, which allowed him a second of timing to dodge the attack. The vein was still tangled around his foot, but he moved to the side away from Julio.

He raised a Hand, and moved the wind downwards, trying to slam Julio into the vein that he couldn't seem to get off.

Ashe tossed a final knife, nailing a soldier in the chest who was too busy dodging Umbra's attack. "We are all on!" he yelled as the few stragglers jumped onto the helicopter. "Hive!" He yelled out, "Just go!".

The soldiers backed away for a bit, realising that they were just losing too many good soldiers. One poked his head up over the hill, and raised a massive tube. A stream of smoke fired out from behind it, and a missile shot forward, aiming for the helicopter.

Julio used the smoke to position himself, sucessfully avoiding the the vein, except for a part that scraped his ankle. A searing pain shot through Julio and he screamed. Quickly the flesh on his leg turned black and pulsing, but then it receeded and a gel was then pushed out of the wound, the smoke pushing it out. "Thanks guys." The smoke then made a makeshift bandage. Smoke suddenly poured out of Julio's hands and formed around them, creating two circular saws/buzz saws (whatever you want to call them), which then started spinning furiously. Julio then formed boots to keep him on the ground. Then, Julio began his charge at his tangled foe, arms outstretched and slashing. Though without notice the more he used his powers, a black line grew slowly along his veins to his heart.

A stale wind blew through the air, leaving a stinging sensation on those present. A small scrap of Paragon's cape wafted in the breeze, before it was carried high into the air, never to return.

I sure hope this works...

The suit laid still.

Minus sighed as the suit didn't move again. He moved his right hand over to him, and a torrent of fire streamed out. "A warriors funeral at least" he said as he turned around and walked back to his mansion. When he was walking, he saw both Shadow and Magus standing there, "What the hell? Didn't I send you on a mission?" he asked them both.

<spoiler=Smaug> I would respond, but I am kinda incapacitated by the Vein, and I have no idea what effect it actually has on me, so yeah... Sorry.

It only effected Julio because he cut himself on it, i was kinda expecting Zephyr to control the wind to shift him somehow and have the blades cut the vein.

Well dragon, rather than going back and editing a few of my previous posts... could I just light random buildings on fire instead? Someone else could come in and fight me. Anyone.

<spoiler=Smaug and Doctor>@Doctor: Um, everyone is in another town quite far away. You have 4 choices really.
1: Find a way to turn back to normal good.
2: Go to the sky island and help Dren and Julio
3: Receive a message from Electric Shield and go there and try and hunt down the heroes...
4: Nothing at all.

And @Smaug: Good point. May as well.

Zephyr tried to pull further away, but the vein held tightly to his foot. He decided to let himself drop a little bit. When dropping, the vein slackened, and he had enough time to throw the vein in the way of Julio. The smoke cut through the vein, though it was still tied around his ankle, he could move freely.

He decided that landing would be the best idea, since he was in a perfect opportunity for a Pincer attack. He landed heavily on a roof. He searched for his opponents, trying his best to find them and get them off his island.

I'll take the third option... send me a message.

One of Minus's scouts returned from his mission and reported that the Renegades were last seen in Electric Sheild. Magus looked to Minus with a look of sadistic pleading on his face.

Minus sighed as his question was ignored, but shooed Magus away, "Go nuts, bring me back the head of one of them at least." he said as he waved Magus away, "Take one of the wheels, its the fastest". he said to Magus.

Magus took one of the wheels to Electric Shield, at full speed. It was a good thing it had an auto-pilot mode, Magus never would have been able to take control of it manually.

Once he arrived at Shield, Magus looked around for any sign of the Renegades, but he couldn't see them anywhere. He got off of the wheel and searched for witnesses. The scout had mentioned something about a resistance movement. Magus was patient, somebody knew where the Renegades were.

Anyone who wants to be a soldier for Magus to interrogate, feel free.

Rachel tried to grab the missile before it hit the helicopter, and managed to deflect it a little, but it used up most of her strength, and she had to stop and take a breath for a moment. She tried to get back to fighting, but was hit in the shoulder by a stray round. She was flung back against the floor of the helicopter, and hit her head, making her lose consciousness for a moment. "Go, just get us the hell out of here!" She shouted to Hivemind once she regained consciousness. Fuck, I can't move my arm at all... Okay, not the first time you've been shot... but this is the first time with a rifle... this is-ow, ow, ow, don't try to move it... She clutched the wound with her other hand and moved behind the side of the helicopter, moving a little slowly.

Dren climbed up the wall to the mayor. "You are quite strong" he said as he took a slow breath. Dren slowly walked towards the mayor, corrupting tendrils shooting off from his feet weakening the building.

Julio quickly propelled himself onto the building on the opposite side of the mayor and Dren, covering one area of escape before joking to Dren, "Outta breath already?" Julio's lips then formed a sadistic smile. A buzzsaw growing on one hand out of smoke and a spiked sledgehammer on the other one. "Save him for me will ya, he's been a pain in my ass." At this point the vein was bulging out and it had crawled up to his stomach and his hands, turning his nails black, his eyes bloodshot except instead of red veins they were black veins, and his lips were starting to turn a pale blue.

As Magus sought a foe to interrogate, he was unaware that he was being stalked himself. Above him, a figure in black and bronze-colored armor watched in silence as he fumbled about. He's rather amusing, really. He seems so assured of himself. I suppose I'll have to fix that. He brought up his left hand and tapped the side of his helmet, and in a calm voice asked for Flit. A moment later, the AI responded.

"Yes, sir! What can I do for you?"

"This one down here, could you look him up for me? He seems a bit familiar."

The AI confirmed his master's request and went to work, a few moment's later responding. "Well, sir, he appears to be one of the Renegades! But, something's different about him. For one thing, he appears to be a bit... younger than he should, correct? But there's more. A burn to him. I can smell it from up here, he's been tainted by that vile murderer. What was his name? Minus?" The man took in a deep breath. "That's a smell I'll enjoy cleansing."

He leaped down from the rooftop behind Magus, making no effort to hide himself. "Hello there, boy. It seems to me like you're looking for something. Perhaps we can help each other out."

Introducing...

Name: Sal Aston

Alias: Hellion

Gender: Male

Alingment: Neutral Evil, leans towards Chaotic Neutral when it suits him.

Age: 63

Previous Hero: Few remember the days of the brave, heroic (if a little hard-headed) duo Dagger, and his young sidekick Cloak. The two made a small name for themselves in Toronto, Canada, quickly gaining notoriety for their clashes with a team of seven superpowered adolescents. Dagger was dashing, and indeed very courageous, dashing into the fray with nothing but a pair of daggers and his wit to keep him in the fray. But he was also rather self-centered, and had a love for flair. Cloak's name actually had nothing to do with his powers, but rather indicated his style of costume.

Powers: Can shift his body into any shape, usually into the form of a weapon. However, this form of combat is too physical for him now, and he prefers to use a power he gained through use of the power serum: the ability to create and manipulate fire, with assistance from a self-taught martial art. To those who is willing to teach he calls it "Way of the Cloak and Dagger". To all others it is a string of insults with "Fu" stuck at the end.

Appearance: Hellion typically wears a large blue cloak, tightly wrapped around his body and in multiple layers.

Though the people who have seen underneath it in the last two decades number under a dozen, it shall be noted that his hair is of a light brown tint, almost red. His hair is very curly, but short. He prefers it straightened, with two tips on the sides framing his forehead curled up into devil's horns. He is clean shaven otherwise.

His skin is a pale, but healthy-looking white, and his lips are incredibly thin and always appearing somewhat stretched. His appearance is almost always stoic, though on occasion he breaks into a calm and toothless smile.

His eyes are a brilliant blue, and shine with a bit of hidden cunning.

In combat, he changes into a suit of specially-crafted heat resistant armor. The style is black, though it is patched very artistically with a bronze-orange color and bits of a silvery white. His mask is almost a helmet, and made of a very strong alloy. It only reveals his eyes in two very small holes, the rest hidden under a bronze skull shape.

Personality: Hellion is a gentleman, first and foremost. Though he may show general distaste for someone he will always try to be polite despite it. He feels that although he walks down a path that some would consider to be wrong, or indeed evil, there is no reason for him to act as a brute.

He is a great lover of irony, which partially influenced his choice of the name Hellion.

Despite his technical alignment as a villain, he is anything but devoted to the idea of evil. He is in the "business", as he calls it, for himself and no one else. He would gladly side with heroes against other villains if it suited his own machinations.

Has something of an obsession with toying with his enemies. Mind games are a favorite of his.

Biography: As it was said, little is remembered about Cloak and Dagger. The pair, for a couple of years, were celebrities around their own city.

However, a horrible incident occurred shortly into their careers. Dagger, in an attempt to evacuate a burning building, had his cape catch fire. In his attempts to put it out he tripped, and his cape was caught on a ledge. He was hung to death just slightly before the smoke had a chance to kill him. After that, Cloak retreated into obscurity, and fled Canada to parts unknown, saying goodbye to his twin brother, who was moving with the rest of the family to somewhere far away.

He would not appear until years later, and then only for a brief moment. The duo of Renegade and Paragon was becoming a household name, when Cloak suddenly reappeared from the shadows, and attacked them. Though the pair was skilled, he had far more technical ability, and left Renegade crippled, forcing Oliver to form a team of other sidekicks, and grow into his own heroic identity.

He fell off of the grid again, and would not appear until many years later, during the time skip that the Renegades were sent through by Minus and his minions. During that time he revealed his true identity to Oliver, though the Alpha-Oliver never learned it, and the two engaged in a series of sparring matches, of both the mental and physical variety. However, one day Oliver disappeared, and was replaced by his past self.

Hellion was delighted at this new arrival, getting a chance to play a whole new game from scratch, only for it to be stolen from him when Minus killed Paragon. Hellion, who had been using the AI Flit to spy on the younger Oliver, swore revenge on Minus, and decided to meet up with the other Renegades to assist them in whatever way he could.

The Mayor moved into the air, just slighlty up to avoid the tendrils snaking along the ground, just in case they decided to turn into a nasty attack. He heard Julio land behind, and Zephyr cursed 'Didn't I just think that I didn't want this?' he thought as he tried to dodge to another building, to face both his opponents in front of him.

Ashe rushed over and picked up Rachel, dragging her out of the way. Once she was safe, he slammed his hand into the side of the helicopter, increasing the strength of the metal armour covering it, making it so the bullets all bounce off the casing. He then slammed his other hand into the rest of the helicopter, decreasing its weight with a simple enchantment.

He rushed over to where he could control it, and started mashing buttons wildly. After a few mashes, he finally found the button to start the copter up. It started and took of quickly, constantly bullets pelting its side.

<spoiler=OOC>Okay, to avoid this being more confusing, Pretend Doctors post is a few minutes behind ours, so we escaped before he got there okay?

Above the mayor's standoff with the two villains, a rhythmic whir of helicopter blades betrayed the fact that someone else had arrived. A strange steel-colored chopper lowered itself to the ground, and the doors on either side revealed a pair of young women holding submachine guns in their hands. One each fired on Dren and Julio to keep them distracted, while a blond man jumped out next to the Mayor and grabbed his shoulder. "Get in." were the only words he uttered.

A bullet hit his armour and bounded off Dren laughed and launched fire at the lifting rotor as he jumped. towards the cabin of the helicopter.
