I'm going to guess that live albums don't count, so I'll go with Morningrise/Orchid from Opeth. I love both of those albums, but I love everything after My Arms, Your Hearse so much more.
Gorillaz's the Fall is the only one of their albums I dislike the majority of the songs. They are too discombobulated and noisy for my tastes. "Revolving Doors" is fantastic, though.

Let's see, an album I didn't like by System of a Down... Hmm... There's, no not that...
I guess scars on broadway if you count that but it's still a great album and I like it a lot, I guess it didn't have any incredible songs like their other albums did, like Aerials, Soldier Side, Question etc.

There isn't a single System of a Down album I don't love... but if i had to pick my simply least favorite? Probably Steal This Album.

Orchid by Opeth. They just didn't really hit their stride until their next album, Morningrise.
Starve for the Devil by Arsis. It's just not very original, and it doesn't have the same feel as their first few albums.

I think for me it was Nox Arcana's latest album "Theater of Illusion". Overal the album was fine, good music, sound effects and voice work but it just didn't seem to synch up with me when I listened to it at night. Hopefully this is just a fluke and the next album will be great once more.

It's funny. Usually if i like a band enough to have more than one of their albums, it means i like them enough to enjoy all of their output. a very "if i like them, I like them all the way" kind of deal.
But then I actually thought of some.
Foo Fighters' One by One. Apart from "Overdrive," not a song on the album stands out for me. Including the singles.
Kanye West's 808s and Heartbreak. Honestly? The guy puts out killer albums. Except this one. over-autotuned garbage.
Minus the Bear's Omni. I loved every song the band had written up to this point. Past "My Time," the first track, the songs on this album just don't resonate with me.
Incubus' If Not Now, When? I have every Incubus album. I think they just get better and better with each subsequent release. They change up their sound, always trying new things, trying to evolve the aesthetic of the band. This new album is just boring. Straight up. Boring. I hope they get the spark back next time.
