Uggg... math. It is my natural enemy. I can't stand any formula. If you give me the numbers and tell me the formula, I can usually plug in the numbers and do it but I can't stand math.

Euler's method. It represents the dividing line in calculus for me between "things I get, and can actually do the math of" and "what in the hell is going on here?" Anything after Euler's Method in complexity is a running leap away from any calculus I understand

I was really terrible with matrices, but I'm gonna say the winding function. There were three math classes in my grade and ours was the only one who used this function. Our class average was much lower than the other two with their SohCahToa bullshit.

I stumbled across these slow to load videos and I thought that they demonstrated an interesting way to make formulae into a fun game.

Of course, 20-sided dice in D&D is probably good for your brain as well and no one forces you to do that...

I just dont like math in general. Other that basic add, subtract, multiply, divide its all just useless info for MOST people. I guess some people use other more complicated math in there smart person jobs.

Anything involving calculus. On the other hand, trig is probably the most useful form of math since addition.

Trigonometry is just horrible, the sine and the cosine rule, and how you can prove one equals the other, I mean, ehh!?
Also, Stats formulae are nasty...

The one formula I do like is The Formula, anyone who can do quadratics knows what I'm on about...
I feel rather sad now.

whenever something is only explainable via einstein notations it gets a little bit complicated. Navier Stokes equations of flow are pretty difficult. Can work with them vaguely at 2D level, but 3D is too complicated for me (and almost anyone alive, including computational models) to deal with

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Navier%E2%80%93Stokes_equations

For those that have no idea what they are.

Hehe, I'm guessing someone will one up me with M-Theory now!

Any formula designed to 'find the missing side' (or angle) in a shape. [i/]Why not just measure it?!![/i]

I have just always hated Mathematical proofs. "Prove that A+B=C". Why? Some other dude already did it for me! I'll trust that he knew what he was talking about and prove something that no one else has proven, already!

I also was allergic to the more complex Matrix-work.

I don't mean to be blunt here, but what the hell type of question is that?

I suppose e=mc squared. Not because I don't understand it but just because I cannot possible comprehend the vastness of the forces involved in it with my puny brain.
That's not maths, that's physics. I hate the Cosine rule [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosine_rule] because it's a ***** to remember. I can rember the Quadratic formula [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quadratic_formula#Quadratic_formula] easier than that.

Edit: Oh, I also hate this ***** [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spearman%27s_rank_correlation_coefficient] aswell.

You learn about it in Physics but it's still a mathematical formula. Maths and the sciences overlap an awful lot in case you haven't noticed.

Well yeah, I knew that since I'm doing Maths and Mechanics as a course in college, but I've just never studied it in Maths.

Well, it's not a formula per se, but the entire concept of 1/3. 1/3 basically negates all logic that mathematics are based upon for the simple fact that one-third equals .33 repeating endlessly. If you put three one-thirds together, all you get is .99 repeating endlessly. That is why I hate mathematics. I refuse to acknowledge it as logic or intelligence becasue of this. You can't split something into three parts, then put it back together to have it be less than it was endlessly repeating forever. You see what I mean? It doesn't fucking make any sense! That and logarithms.
