The lack of a shark repellent joke. Seriously, you had the perfect opportunity for Alfred to make the joke! C'mon, Rocksteady!!!

Actually, I'm pretty sure the Riddler makes one after you beat him. He mentions something about using the shark in the Iceberg Lounge, but says something along the lines of "Batman would have a shark contingency ready".

The only real problem I had was that the side quests and Riddler trophies get kind of tedious making you go back and forth throughout the city. Also, the randomness of that damn Zsasz mission. I flew around the damn city for hours waiting for a ringing phone, all the while listening to random thugs complaining about the phones always ringing. After a while anyone who mentioned the phones got his ass kicked out of spite...

What Batman: AC needs would be an underwater part of the city and the ability to dive. Hope they do this in the next title. That, and Anti-shark spray.
