I jumped straight into L4D2 but I heard that it's just l4d1 + more, so all the big fans have probably moved on, but tough nuts mate, they're some pretty bad stories you got. I was under the impression Valve games had a nice-ish community. What's tl:dr by the way?

Too long; didn't read. Common to see as responses by assholes to long threads (one would wonder why they would even bother responding if you can't be bothered to merely read). Now often used as titles of summaries of long posts by the poster, mostly to avoid useless posts.

OT, I've only had a little problem with griefers in LfD or its sequel - maybe twice someone has thought that friendly fire was an amusing aspect of the game to be enjoyed with relish. Maybe I was lucky, maybe I just didn't play the game enough for those instances to start mounting up. I play the PC version, maybe that helps.

Perhaps I'm just lucky, as I seem to have no friends on steam so all my games are random pubs.
