Lego Star Wars Complete Saga Online Player Achievement

I'm thinking about renting this game (maybe twice to get full 100%) but i was looking through the achievements and saw the online player achievement, now this may be difficult because the game is old so just in case can i just create a game and complete it or do i actually have to finish it with another player?

EDIT: Can you create a game by yourself and play by yourself to get the achievement if you couldn't find an online game. more specifically

Thanks but i use this site frequently and the guide says you can join a level and just finish it, it does not say anywhere whether or not you have to have another player playing.
Can you create a game by yourself and play by yourself more specifically
