It says right on general veok's profile that he was a militia captain of the lantern of sport...
I suspect that's because Kraken made him one.

Well that was cool. I still haven't read the whole thing, seems really lengthy, but from time to time i stumble upon this thread and read the newest entry. Hilarity and horrors ensue!

Yeah that's cause I made him one. The Lantern of Sport is another term used to describe dwarve living in Reveredtour.

Deadly blood? Good heavens, I hope that doesn't mean what I think it means. If it does it could end the fortress here and now.

Well, you can always just kill it with a squad of archers (which I hope you have) and wall off the section where it died ASAP.

Or skip the killing and just wall it off.

A fair technique is cave-in, I'd say. You prepare the zone (make it big enough!) and use some dwarf as a bait (recruit him in a squad and make him lead the FB towards the kill zone). Should'nt even leave blood behind!

At least it wasn't me who trapped himself this time. Although that might have given me a nice break from my "wife".
What are you doing out of the kitchen, mason?

((tbh, I was half expecting to see you in the cage, hiding ;) ))
No! It's Sansa Stark!

If by glorious tomb you mean unmarked grave then yes, I can oblige that request. Though this may actually turn out to be nothing. Looking closer at that screenshot, it appears that there are trees surrounding the beast. It may be incapable of doing anything unless I release it, beucase in DF trees are basically impenetrable walls.

I can't tell where the forgotten beast is in that image, I'm afraid.
