For the names, I would suggest Pointy for Aron and Big Show for Makuhita. My favorite gym leader is Jasmine brcause her shy nature reminds me of Fluttershy.

I guess I can kinda see that. However, Fluttershy doesn't have a monster Steelix as a pet. And perhaps that's a good thing.

Then Pryce knocks him out cold(ba dum tish) and they dicuss why he's still in the league. The latter is adorable and a sweet girl with some bad ass Pokemon. Also it helps she's one half of my favorite crack pairing ever,Clair is the other half.

Caesar is an interesting name. However, I think the consensus is that we're going for a female. Still, I think I should name a pokemon that somewhere along the line

I'm afraid that I don't know what it's a reference to...

Like I said, a very obscure reference. Xander is a Buffy reference and Baltar is a Battlestar Galactica reference.
If we need a pokemon reference, I'd suggest a name like Emerald or Ruby! Something from the original trainer's name.

I still like the name "Raven" a lot. Perhaps it's because I love the horrid fanfiction "My Immortal" but it's just resonating with me well.

Yeah, a Teen Titans thing will be nice! i don't know much about My Immortal, but I hear that it's the worst(and unintentionally) the funniest fan fic ever! I'm gonna check it out.

Oh! Oh! I just remembered something! When you get to Dewford Town, please make the trendy phrase as inappropriate as possible. I remember laughing my head off after I found that you can change the phrase to 'Up Yours', along with all the people in the town hall gushing about their Up Yours merchandise and about how awesome Up Yours is.

Don't forget the best one: "adult toys". That trend has the best merchandise.
