Yes, but having that power does not make you the same as a Saiyan. All the power means is you have the ability to go beyond your limits. It pretty much boils down to "you can always get better". It still means you have to put a lot of effort into something to get any real results. So you could technically become as strong as a Saiyan, but you would first have to go through decades and decades of rigorous training just to achieve it.Cyfu said:
