As someone else mentioned, agentjr makes really good Let's Plays, specifically he's done the first 4 Silent Hill games, which I very much enjoy.

Also davidr64yts has made a good Let's Play of Minecraft, and started on a Half-Life 2 one, but I hear he isn't around anymore except on livestreams.
