I usually think of the big, four-legged, winged, fire-breathing dragons. Mainly because they're just so fucking awesome.
Basically that. Thats the generally archetype of a dragon.

Chinese, Green, Wind-Elemental, Infinite, Serpent Dragon with Inifinite Leg and in spiritual form drifting amidst the clouds. It is peaceful and represents life.

I like Kirins(Chinese: Qilin) better though. Specially Magic: The Gathering's Green Kirin.

Usually Western Green Dragons, but I understand the concept of other dragons, so it would depend after my initial thought about where we're talking about.

He wasn't the best of the Kamigawa dragons though, the Black & White ones were far more awesome.

My default image (damn I forget what the term for that is) of a dragon is that of the classic European dragon. Big, has wings, walks on all fours, breathes some sort of "element". I usually think of them as intelligent and hermetic as well, but I also like the idea of smaller dragons as well as the Oriental style of dragons.

That thing's face freaks me out for some reason. Anyway, I usually think water dragon. Big hydra or eel looking monsters. I love those. I'm not sure why. I guess because they're hard to predict since they rise from the black depths.

Something like this:

I constantly lament that there aren't more games that let you play a dragon. There's like, only Spyro and Lair that I've tried and didn't suck. Also, my desktop slideshow is almost entirely epic dragon pictures.

(Also, my avatar)

Most of it is from vampireprincess007's DA page

Also, I have a whole shelf of books that are about dragons. Eragon series, Temeraire series, some Pern books, a book called Dragon Master. I could go on.

I love dragons, but mostly in games. They're such majestic creatures, both beautiful and savage, and they always make impressive foes. Wyrms are okay too, since they're usually good to help the player get their feet wet when it comes to fighting super-sized enemies.

European, and they breathe fire.

I need to set my brain to Asian-mode, for Asian dragons to come naturally to me.
As for the expanded lore "ice-breath" and such, I do not think of that when I think of dragons.

I was terrified of dragons from ages 3-8ish.

All because my aunt said she was late because her "muffler was draggin'"

And so I assumed dragons had attacked, logically of course.

First thing that pops into my head is "oh for the love of Batman why didn't I save?!"
Then marbles.
Then the whole firebreathing thing.

When you think of dragons, what kind do you think of? European or Asian? Do they only breathe fire, or can they have ice breath? Do they fly, or do you count wurms as dragons? Are they nothing more than fire breathing t-rexs, or what?
What?! We got different arts of dragons now? A big flying lizard that can shoot fire and is red/green, the normal dragon for me.

So just go on to a website where you can set it to auto refresh and save time(Didn't include a url to such a site in case the mods here would dislike it.),no?
