I thought the title said something else <_<

I don't use pencils as I'm never in situations where it's better to use than a pen.
I didn't, but I figured we were supposed to, so I checked it out anyway.

Then again maybe editing the first post doesn't let you change the title anymore. Quick someone tell me if it does. They must have gone through three layout changes since I last made a thread.

In highschool and elementary I used the 0.7mm F-301 steel pen made by Zebra, but now my standard pen is the 0.7mm SARASA pen made by Zebra, black ink. It is the only pen type I really use. My family has a tendency to be pack rats, and have a large assortment of pens of varying quality, so I standardize the pens I use for my university needs and such. The SARASA has served me well for the past few years, the ink is a very dark black that shows with minimal pressure, and it writes ridiculously smooth.

I don't really write a lot, I do most of my text based scribbling on keyboard, however the best pencil I use for drawing however is the Sumo grip.
Why is it the best? It has an extendable twisty eraser end to match the large lead container inside. And the whole thing is pretty fat for your fingers to grip

I use it to create things like this:

Okay yes there's photoshop involved but minus the color is all pencil.

Oh sumogrip how awesome you are!

Mechanical pencils. MECHANICAL PENCILS.

You will never need anything else in your whole goddamn life. For drawing, I like the thin ones (0.3mm), the thick ones are for writing (0.9mm) and the ones in the middle are great for both. (0.5)

To prove my point, this is a very recent drawing of mine.

Basically this, but I can't find any 0.3mm pencils or lead. I use .5 for drawing and .7 for writing.

I don't use it for writing though. I don't really write much at all by hand these days, which is a bit sad because I love my pens and pencils.

My favorite pen is the Zebra F-301. Great size, can be used as a jabbing tool when your friend's being a dick, writes thin and visibly, and looks beautiful. Durable as hell, aside from being in my back pocket and the plastic breaking.
