What lies do you tell yourself in order to convince yourself or trick your mind. I'll give you mine and maybe it will help understand what i mean.

1) I tell myself it's going to be a good day today ( it's never a good day , same shit different day )

2) I tell myself im extremly attractive ( although i'm not ungly , i am average at best_

3)I tell myself Frequently that i'm done taking everyones bullshit ( i am the biggest pussy ever and usually let people walk all over me and rarely voice what i am really thinking)

So what are some lies that you tell yourself ?

LOL, I didn't even need to read it to know that would be the case.

I used to tell myself those kind of lies, then I just got off my butt and changed the things I really wanted to and didn't bother with the rest. I can't think of any lie I tell myself now.

Up and and all over this one. One of the things I do is tell myself that I will not die alone. After how weird I am, considering I find women to be boring and annoying, I know its going to happen. Have to tell yourself that you can change. Can't stand the counter argument to this, what you find women annoying, oh you must be gay then. Thats a real intelligent response, I never said that I didn't want to sleep with them genius.

I do that too lol. Then after I get out of bed, have a shower and go downstairs to eat breakfast, it's still the same time I got up! Works so well since I'm usually pretty out of it when I first wake up... though I think my mind is starting to figure it out now. =\
