I haven't even played it, but I watched most of it on Escapist's livestreams, and I can say that while the ending doesn't seem to differ much on your choices throughout the story, it's one of the most memorable ones I've ever seen in games. Throughout the whole ending sequence I was constantly like "Whaaaa...?"
