So I found out today that I'm lactose intolerant. While it does explain a few things (like how the glasses of milk I have with meals is what was contributing to daily flatulence) I am sorrowfully disappointed
I am really like dairy products, including Ice Cream, Milk, Yogurt and Most of all, Cheese. It sucks that I can't eat it any more.
So my fellow Escapists (especially ones who share in my misfortune) how does one cope/live with L.I.? (namely, what do you do for calcium, what are some other foods to turn to etc.) Silly question? Perhaps, but I would love to hear some feedback.
